November/December Open Thread and Election Results

Thousands of state and local elections were held across the country on November 2, 2021.

LIBERTARIANS: The party estimates that voters across the United States elected approximately 150 candidates to office last night, with final totals expected to be much higher in the coming weeks due to close calls and write-in races.

Among the notable firsts in Tuesday’s elected and re-elected Libertarians is Ashley Shade, the first transgendered person elected to office in Massachusetts’s Berkshire County. Altamonte Springs, Florida Commissioner Jim Turney was re-elected for a third term, and Benjamin Seevers took the top spot in a 3-way race for North Apollo Borough Council, beating out two Republican challengers.

GREENS: Maine Green Independent Party candidates Anna Trevorrow and Scott Harriman winning city council races in Portland and Lewiston (the state’s first- and second-most populous cities, respectively) are highlights among the national party’s 17 electoral victories declared since polls closed on Tuesday.

The Greens also faced a set-back in Minneapolis, with four-term city council representative Cam Gordon not winning re-election.

This week’s Green Party wins add to party’s 19 electoral victories from earlier in the year.

SAM PARTY: The Serve America Movement, a centrist party formed in the last few years, scored a major victory in Newtown, Connecticut. See Ballot Access News for details.

REFORM PARTY: The Reform Party endorsed a pair of local candidates, though neither carried the party’s label on the ballot. Shawn Storm received 22% (56 votes) in a one-on-one race for alderman in Sidney, Montana. Todd Joseph Barry polled 44 votes, for a distant fifth place showing out of five candidates, in a race for Town Meeting representative in Branford, Connecticut.

NEW JERSEY & VIRGINIA: Governor’s races were held in New Jersey and Virginia, with minor party candidates polling relatively poorly in both contests. Republican Glenn Youngkin won a narrow victory in Virginia, while Democratic incumbent Phil Murphy squeaked to re-election in the Garden State. Both winners captured more than 50% of the vote in their contests.

ALSO: The Working Families Party re-elected a member to the Hartford, Connecticut school board. The Party for Socialism and Liberation’s mayoral candidate finished in 3rd place with nearly 2.5% of the vote, the best showing for a labeled Socialist in that race since the 1930s.

    OK, I’ve got some relatively new videos to post here which are appropriate for an Open Thread.

  2. Robert Milnes

    Interesting.
    Yes I remember Sorinne.
    This brings up an interesting thing about PLAS. It involves coordination of GP and LP in voting AND the conventions.
    Tickets can be Independent before and up to the convention.
    Or individual, p. and vp.
    So Darcy and Jo are my preferred candidates NOW.
    That could change; after all they are not even declared for 2024 …yet.
    What counts is who gets the nominations.
    If an Independent ticket, they would have to get their own ballot access. No small task.

  3. Andy

    Nathan Norman, how did Sorinne Ardeleanu become your friend? She lives in San Francisco, CA. She was one of the many oddball/nobody candidates who tried to get the Libertarian Party’s presidential nomination in 2020. She got very few votes. Maybe just her voting for herself. How do you know her?

  4. Robert Milnes

    Nathan,
    Will you explain PLAS to Sorinne? See if she understands and is interested.
    I’d rather work with an oddball/nobody than a clueless normal somebody.

  5. Andy

    Nathan Norman, I want to find out if you are a real person, whose real name is actually Nathan Norman. If you are really in Reading, PA, or anywhere else, I will come to you with a video camera, and record us meeting, and post it here on IPR.

    Actually, it would be even better if you showed up at a Libertarian Party meeting, even if you are not a supporter of the party. What is the closest Libertarian Party meeting to where you are located? I would like to show up to this meeting and video record you at the meeting and post it to IPR.

    I think you are bluffing us., so I am calling for you to put your cards on the table.

  6. Robert Milnes

    Andy,
    I do not understand.
    I kind of figured ALL the people listed on IPR-X were online persona.
    What is wrong if Nathan is an online persona or not?
    I would rather you do this with William S. Saturn.
    I tried for years to verify his claimed identity and failed.
    I even asked to go to Bayside, Texas to meet.
    No.
    Now, if he tries to be my Treasurer and files with the FEC,
    then I might be more interested in his real I.D. Or the feds might.

  7. Andy

    I suspect that Nathan Norman is a fake name, and that he is responsible for a lot of mischief that has gone on here and on some related sites, and I also suspect that he is a paid internet troll.

    William S. Saturn is mysterious as well.

    LNC de facto disaffiliates Delaware LP — refuses to recognize their state chair as the one state chair:
    Motion passed 16-0-1

    “WHEREAS, Article 5 Paragraph 3 of the Bylaws of the Libertarian Party require that the Libertarian National Committee only recognize one state-level affiliate party in any one state;

    WHEREAS, Article 5 Paragraph 5 of the Bylaws of the Libertarian Party prevents the abridgement of the autonomy of the affiliate parties;

    IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, the National Committee of the Libertarian Party takes the following actions:

    1. The National Committee will continue all support activities, data sharing, and other services for and with both of the claimed chairs of the Libertarian Party of Delaware, subject to the limitations of the law and campaign finance regulations regarding such information, and the requirements of the Non-Disclosure Agreement for access to such information;

    2. The National Committee encourages a general membership meeting to be held to determine which leadership is the rightful leadership of the Libertarian Party of Delaware, with participation both open to and limited to all those who meet the criteria to be a member, under the definition of “membership” as defined in the Articles of Association and Bylaws of the Libertarian Party of Delaware as of the 2021 annual convention of the Libertarian Party of Delaware;

    3. Upon the completion of the general meeting of the membership, the National Committee shall recognize that leadership which is recognized by the body of that general meeting and, upon majority vote of the National Committee, shall consider the matter resolved and return to normal relations with the Libertarian Party of Delaware;

    4. If there are competing general meetings or conventions, the National Committee shall recognize the convention or general meeting of the membership with the greatest number of those who qualify as members, using the definition of “membership” as defined in the Articles of Association and Bylaws of the Libertarian Party of Delaware as of the 2021 annual convention of the Libertarian Party of Delaware;

    5. Upon resolution, the National Committee shall enforce the provisions of the Bylaws of the Libertarian Party, Article 5 Paragraph 1.”

    Readers will note that this motion violates the LP Bylaws, many times.

  9. Andy

    Nathan Norman, you dodged my meeting with you in person and video recording it and posting the video here on IPR. Are you going to address this?

  10. Robert Milnes

    Andy, can you be a little more specific?
    What do you think Nathan did?
    What brought you to him as opposed to someone else?
    He is the only one you are asking to videotape.
    If he screwed with IPR in retaliation to IPR screwing with him, I for one have little problem with that.
    After all paulie and probable a couple other Mossad operatives and Warren Solomon did to us and others, I have little problem with it.
    Hopefully paulie et al and Warren are gone.
    If I had the IT capability I might have tried some mischief against IPR myself.
    I have suspected WSS of being paulie or some other operative, probably with ties to Mossad for quite some time.
    How about taking your issues with NN to Austin?
    And try to be a little more specific, will you?

  11. Nathan Norman

    Any trolling done by me or on my behalf was never malicious. It was meant to be humorous. I had nothing to do with the Vernon Frankel blog or the fake Andy Jacobs blog. I had nothing to do with the fake terroristic threat made under your name while you were in jail.

    DRAFT DRAFT DRAFT DRAFT

    We, the undersigned, appeal to the Libertarian Party Judicial Committee a decision of the Libertarian National Committee, namely the passage of a motion reading:

    “WHEREAS, Article 5 Paragraph 3 of the Bylaws of the Libertarian Party require that the Libertarian National Committee only recognize one state-level affiliate party in any one state;
    WHEREAS, Article 5 Paragraph 5 of the Bylaws of the Libertarian Party prevents the abridgement of the autonomy of the affiliate parties;
    IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, the National Committee of the Libertarian Party takes the following actions:
    1. The National Committee will continue all support activities, data sharing, and other services for and with both of the claimed chairs of the Libertarian Party of Delaware, subject to the limitations of the law and campaign finance regulations regarding such information, and the requirements of the Non-Disclosure Agreement for access to such information;
    2. The National Committee encourages a general membership meeting to be held to determine which leadership is the rightful leadership of the Libertarian Party of Delaware, with participation both open to and limited to all those who meet the criteria to be a member, under the definition of “membership” as defined in the Articles of Association and Bylaws of the Libertarian Party of Delaware as of the 2021 annual convention of the Libertarian Party of Delaware;
    3. Upon the completion of the general meeting of the membership, the National Committee shall recognize that leadership which is recognized by the body of that general meeting and, upon majority vote of the National Committee, shall consider the matter resolved and return to normal relations with the Libertarian Party of Delaware;
    4. If there are competing general meetings or conventions, the National Committee shall recognize the convention or general meeting of the membership with the greatest number of those who qualify as members, using the definition of “membership” as defined in the Articles of Association and Bylaws of the Libertarian Party of Delaware as of the 2021 annual convention of the Libertarian Party of Delaware;
    5. Upon resolution, the National Committee shall enforce the provisions of the Bylaws of the Libertarian Party, Article 5 Paragraph 1.”

    This motion repeatedly violates Party Bylaws and should be voided in toto. Persons affected include the Libertarian National Committee and the National Convention Credentials Committee. Points at which the decision violates Party Bylaws are listed below.

    1) Party Bylaws, 5.3, provide in part “There shall be no more than one state-level affiliate party in any one state.” The resolution, point 1, offers support to “…both of the claimed chairs of the Libertarian Party of Delaware…”, even though the two chairs lead two different organizations, with different memberships and bylaws. The LNC is therefore de facto recognizing two affiliates in the same state, in violation of the Party Bylaws, and should cease to support at least one of them.

    Party Bylaws, 5.5 provide in part “The autonomy of the affiliate and sub-affiliate parties shall not be abridged by the National Committee…” The resolution repeatedly vilates this part of out Bylaws:

    2) The Resolution, Point 2, abridges the autonomy of the Delaware Party by instructing it (‘encourages’ is an affectation) to use a general membership meeting (as opposed, for example, to a mail ballot) to determine its leadership. Furthermore, the Resolution, Point 2, abridges the autonomy of the Delaware Party by telling it to hold a ‘general membership meeting’, a process nowhere allowed for in the LPD Bylaws.

    3) The Resolution, Point 2, abridges the autonomy of the Delaware Party by instructing it to use a particular definition of membership, “…the definition of “membership” as defined in the Articles of Association and Bylaws of the Libertarian Party of Delaware as of the 2021 annual convention of the Libertarian Party of Delaware;…”, thus denying LPD the autonomous right to choose its own membership qualifications. Furthermore, the Resolution denies the attendees at an LPD state convention the right to credential their own attendees.

    4) The Resolution, Point 2, claims that the LNC can require LPD to use its Bylaws in place as of a certain date, even those Bylaws have since been amended. The resolution therefore abridges the autonomy of the Delaware Party, by claiming that the LPD can be denied the right to amend its own Bylaws by a process provided for in those Bylaws.

    5) The Resolution, Point 3, claims that a ‘general membership meeting’ shall have the power to choose who the Delaware Party’s leadership is, thus potentially removing party leaders. However, LPD Party Bylaws assign the power to remove members of the State Board to a vote of the State Board or a 2/3 vote at a convention. By contravening LPD Party Bylaws, Resolution Point 3 abridges the autonomy of the Delaware Party.

    6) The Resolution, Point 4, proposes that if there are two general membership meetings then the one with larger attendance shall take precedence. There is no basis for this process in the LPD Bylaws, so by claiming to impose it on the LPD the LNC is abridging the autonomy of the LPD Party.

    In addition,

    7) The Resolution, point 3, proposes that a majority vote of the Libertarian National Committee can determine which group is the national Party Affiliate. However, removing the current affiliate to install a new one requires a 3/4 vote of the National Committee.

    8) The resolution de facto disaffiliates the Libertarian Party of Delaware, in that the LPD is treated as a servant to be given orders rather than an independent affiliate. However Party Bylaws 6.6 provide “A motion to revoke the status of an affiliate party for cause must specify the nature of the cause for revocation.” The resolution does not specify a cause.

    9. The resolution de facto disaffiliates the Libertarian Party of Delaware in that the LPD is treated as a servant to be given orders rather than an independent affiliate, in violation of Party Bylaws 6.6 “The National Committee shall not revoke the status of any affiliate party within six months prior to a Regular Convention.”

    10) The resolution falsely claims that there is a legitimate dispute as to who is the Delaware Party State Chair. However, an examination of the record clearly and unambiguously shows that the processes in the LPD Bylaws have led to Will McVay being the one and only legitimate LPD state chair. By lending resources and support to a false competitor, the Resolution undermines the existence of our legitimate party affiliate.

    11) If there were a legitimate dispute as to who is the Delaware state chair, the LNC has no authority or power under its bylaws to resolve the dispute.

    Why should I believe you? You seem to know a lot about this stuff, as though you have been monitoring this site and some others for many years.

    Also, why have you not answered my question about meeting with you in person and putting it on video, preferably at a Libertarian Party meeting with others present? It is time for you to unmask.

    Andy, can you be a little more specific?
    What do you think Nathan did?”

    I think that “Nathan Norman” has been trolling here, and on other sites like Ballot Access News, for years. I am skeptical that “Nathan Norman” is his real name. I suspect that he made me a paid troll/spy of some sort, working for some government, or government connected agency. I also suspect he may have been the one to email false death threats to the police, and put my name on them, after I got arrested for petitioning at a state university in Arkansas, which landed me an extra charge, kept me in jail for another day, and increased my bail. Whoever it was is obviously a protected asset of some type, because even though it was proven that it did not come from me, and the charge got dropped a year and a half later, I was never able to find out who did it, and the police never prosecuted them. Whoever it is would have to have some pretty high level connections.

    “What brought you to him as opposed to someone else?
    He is the only one you are asking to videotape.”

    He pops up here calling himself “Nathan Norman,” yet nobody know who he is. We know who you are, Robert Milnes, because you showed up at a joint Libertarian Party of Pennsylvania and Libertarian Party of New Jersey Convention in Philadelphia, and participated in a presidential nomination candidate debate, and this was on video, and I think that video is still posted online.

    Lots of people who have posted here over the years have met me in person, and there are multiple videos of me posted online.

    Nobody knows who “Nathan Norman” is.

    Williams S. Saturn seems like a decent fellow, but nobody know who he is either.

  16. Robert Milnes

    Austin, will you check this out?
    George just puked right in the middle of our conversation here. I say.
    And I must say, if I may, that I have been suspicious of him for quite some time. He deliberately prevented me from going to Massachusetts for a LP presidential debate. He many more times than once used the word “crackpot” to describe me and/or my strategy.
    Well I am not a crackpot.
    Until it is tried honestly and failed, my strategy cannot be called crackpot. It has never been tried. It has not succeeded, true, but it has not failed either. What kind of a scientist, Professor Phillies, physicist, calls something crackpot, that has not been tested? Experimented upon? Objectively observed? Presented to peers for their evaluation?
    Phillies advocates the notion that the LP will eventually become the one of two “major” parties in America, displacing the democrat or republican party.
    Well I present Duverger’s Law to directly contradict that.
    Maybe you are the crackpot, politically, George.

  17. Andy

    Robert Milnes said: “If he screwed with IPR in retaliation to IPR screwing with him, I for one have little problem with that.”

    I think “Nathan Norman” was doing a lot of mischief BEFORE he got banned.

    “After all paulie and probable a couple other Mossad operatives and Warren Solomon did to us and others, I have little problem with it.”

    We already know that Paul was in fact doing a lot of trolling. He has supposedly quit politics now, yet he mysteriously still seems to pop up sometimes.

    Remember awhile ago Jill Pyeatt and Jed Ziggler “outed” Paul as being “Wang Tang Fu”.

    I caught him posting as “Humongous Fungus” years ago.

    I also caught him when I was in Arkansas at the same motel as him, but in different rooms, trolling right here on IPR under fake names. This was back during the period of time when I had IPR article posting ability, and I had the ability to view the IPR dash board. I noticed that there were troll posts coming from the same IP address as the motel we were both staying at in Arkansas. Since the comments weren’t too bad, I decided to let it slide at the time, but it was not long after this that my article poster status got demoted to where I could post articles, but no longer view the IPR dash board. I was never given a warning or any notification or explanation as to why my article posting status was demoted to where I could no longer view the IPR dash board. Coincidence?

    A few months later, my article posting status was demoted again, for the ridiculous “offense” of having posted an Austin Petersen interview from Owen Shroyer of Infowars, without putting an explanation on top of the video as to why it was relevant to IPR. I was criticized for this because at the time, Austin Petersen has left the Libertarian Party to run for US Senate as a Republican, and my response to this was that, 1) Austin Petersen was already well known to Independent Political Report readers, and had in fact been featured in NUMEROUS IPR articles prior to this (I went back and counted, and I think it came out to 67 IPR articles that had mentioned Austin Petersen, going back to 2008, the year IPR started), and the year prior to this Austin Petersen had come in 2nd place for the Libertarian Party’s presidential nomination, so it was not as though he was some fringe figure for IPR, and 2) early in his interview with Owen Shroyer, the topic of Austin Petersen’s time in the Libertarian Party, and leaving it to run as a Republican for US Senate, and why he did it, came up, and this was within the first 5 minutes of the interview, actually, I think it was first 2 or 3 minutes of the interview. Given these facts, I said that I did not think that it was necessary for me to post an explanation as to why this video was on topic for IPR, but even so, I did in fact come back not long after this and post an explanation as to why this video was on topic for IPR. So this should have been the end of it, right? Well, that’s what one would think, but for some mysterious reason, my article posting status got demoted again, to where all of my articles had to sit in an approval mode, so somebody else could decide whether or not my article was appropriate for an IPR article before it got posted, EVEN THOUGH I NEVER POSTED AN ARTICLE AS AN OFFICIAL IPR ARTICLE POSTER WHICH WAS OFF TOPIC. This Austin Petersen article incident happened in the fall of 2017.

    Then I was banned, without any warning, and without having broken any IPR rules, for pointing out the hypocrisy of many Jews, not all, and I was quite clear about that, on immigration, for advocating open borders and unlimited, unrestricted immigration for European, and European based countries like the USA and Canada, while at the SAME TIME advocating for a walled ethno-state with a DNA test backed Jews only immigration policy for Israel. Note that I never used any racial or ethnic slurs, nor did I every say that 100% of Jews were doing this. I merely pointed out a hypocritical statistical trend.

    I don’t even know who banned me. Paul claimed it was not him, and that it was Warren Redlich, but I never heard that from Warren Redlich himself. I know that dL was lobbying to get me banned for awhile.

    I hate to keep dredging up the past, but a lot of these issues were never sorted out, and we’ve got mystery posters like “Nathan Norman” still floating around.

  18. Robert Milnes

    Andy,
    Yes, agreed, Nathan and WSS nobody seems to know who they are.
    From my perspective paulie looks good as WSS.
    Nathan I am not sure about. I heard he is a disgruntled libertarian for some reason.
    But I do not see him as connected. paulie I see as connected.
    I had various Vernon, Vernon Frankel and WSS encounters at The PLAS Place comments.
    And others e.g. WTF, Wang Tang Fu, who I suspected was paulie. Vernon the Nazi may have been a paulie created persona also.
    paulie wrote Plan 9 from Outer Space.
    All I did was propose that the Nazis, temporarily on an experimental basis, be allowed to caucus with the Libertarian party.
    paulie looks good for the Vernon and Andy blogs to me. And the threat.
    Nathan, not so much.
    And I think you and I caught paulie so much at BAN with garbage and gaslight comments that he felt he had to abandon it there.
    Now it is coming here right behind us.
    paulie can avoid using his name by operating through the WSS persona.
    And sleepers like George can take up some slack.
    I would call that whole comment by George about LPD and bylaws etc. a big, long garbage comment.

    I know that Paul did some trolling, but I am just not sure if he was that particular troll. I suspect that there were and are multiple people trolling here, and at Ballot Access News, and at related sites.

    I seriously doubt that Paul and William Saturn are the same person. They have different styles. I don’t know if William Saturn is really William Saturn or not.

    However, one thing that was really mysterious, was when William Saturn interviewed “Vernon” the supposed Nazi. Remember that?

    Was the “Vernon” character Paul, or “Nathan Norman,” or was William Saturn interviewing himself, or was it somebody else?

    I suspect “Egyptian God” and “Nathan Norman” are the same person. One of my suspects for who they are is a former State Chairman of a Libertarian Party affiliate, one who Paul and I had some meals with in person years ago.

  21. Nathan Norman

    You directly witnessed a certain somebody trolling. That same person was aware of your physical location, phone number, and other personal information. All that information ended up being posted on a “Vernon” troll blog. Is it a stretch to think this same person was the person who sent the threatening email in your name? Why blame someone who is obviously not the same person as that person?

    It is possible that Paul could have done it. He’s on my suspect list for having sent the death threats. I know that there were death threats online against him, but who knows, maybe he posted them. I had assumed he was a friend, but apparently not.

    Whoever sent the death threats to the police HAD to have been a protected asset. Why? Because the police never prosecuted them, and they protected their identity. I tried to find out who it was, but I was stymied by the police.

    Sending death threats is a felony, and sending it to cops would make the penalty even more. Falsely sending a death threat under somebody else’s name, to try to set them up, is another felony. Nobody was ever prosecuted for this, and the police would not disclose the information for who did it, Whoever did it had to have been protected. Protected by who though? FBI? CIA? NSA? DHS? Republican Party? Democratic Party? Israeli Mossad? Some other group???

  23. Nathan Norman

    Like Darcy, I too had my wikipedia page deleted. If I were an asset or had connections of any kind that would not have happened. If I were an asset or had connections of any kind I would have far more than a measly 1,059 followers on Twitter. My presidential campaign would’ve been far more successful. IPR-X would be a popular site.

    Being reinstated here was a very happy moment for me. It’s an opportunity to show I can be more than a comment troll or a performance artist. I can improve my reputation. I can be a productive member of society.

    The day I went to Jonesboro, I went by myself. Paul remained in the Little Rock area, which is about 2 1/2-3 hours or so away by driving. Nobody was with me when I got arrested, yet some troll named “Randy” popped up here telling people that I had been arrested while I was in handcuffs and in police custody. Who was “Randy”? How did “Randy” know this?

    I did tell Paul about it, obviously, but that was after I got out. I even told him the name of one of the cops who arrested me, and that name did show up in the death threat emails, but this alone does not prove that Paul sent the death threats.

    I got arrested in Jonesboro the 2nd time when I had to go back there for a court appearance a few days later over the petitioning arrest. Lots of people were in the court that day, mostly over BS charges. The judge was going through those in attendance on alphabetical order by last name. When he got to me, I started to stand up, but then the judge told me to wait until the end, so I sat back down. I had thought that the judge was going to throw all the charges out, because he had found out that I was arrested for petition signature gathering, which is a perfectly legal activity on a college campus, and that he did not want to do it in front of a full court room in order to save the cops from being embarrassed for arresting me on blatantly false and ridiculous charges. So after most of the people were gone, I finally got to get up. When I approach the stand, I had my clip boards with me that had the petition signatures I had gathered that day on the campus. I figured each person who signed could potentially be subpoenaed as a witness if necessary, but it should have been so blatantly obvious that this was a false arrest, that this should not have even been necessary. I asked the judge if I could make a statement. He said yes, but to make it quickly. Just as I began saying that the reason I was on the campus, is because I was gathering signatures on a state mandated ballot access petition, necessary to place Libertarian Party candidates on the ballot in Arkansas, two cops entered the room from a door next to where the judge was seated, and they said that they had a warrant for my arrest, and that I had to come with them immediately. I asked why I was being arrested. They said for making death threats. I asked what death threats. I told them that I did not make death threats to anyone, and that I did not know what they were talking about. They did not answer, they just put me in cuffs, and I was escorted into a police car, and taken back to jail (note that the first day I was in jail, I had bailed myself out, so this was a few days later). I sat cuffed in jail fo awhile, and then they said that one of the cops wanted to question me. I said sure. So this cop came in with paper copies of emails they had received where somebody using email addresses I had never seen before, made death threats to the police, and they put my name on these emails. I told the cops that I did not do it, and that I had never seen those email addresses before. I also said why would I be stupid enough to do this, and sign may name to it, and then go sit in a court house for several hours, which was filled with cops. I said that somebody would have to be a moron to do that. I then went on to tell the cop about my history of political activism, and working on petition drives, and about my experiences working in Arkansas, and about our battles for free speech and how the courts had already ruled that gathering petition signatures at colleges is legal, and how you don’t need a permit to do it, and how it is illegal for them to limit us to a “free speech zone.” and how I had in fact done it at colleges in Arkansas prior to this, including that very same college where they arrested me, without incident in years prior to this. I think that the cop began to see that I was innocent. I told the cop about all of the weird trolling and threats that had been made against me online, and also about other weird stuff that had happened, like some mysterious phone calls, and some other strange incidents. After I got out of jail, which I had to use a bail bondsman to get out, because my bail had been set at $5,000 due to the death threats being a felony, and I unfortunately did not have easy access to $5,000 at that time, so I had to pay $500 to a bail bondsman. If you pay your own bail without a bail bondsman that money is refundable if your charges get dropped, but if you have to pay a bail bondsman to get out, the money you pay to the bail bondsman is not refundable, even if the charges get dropped, so I never got that $500 back, which added to all of the financial loses I incurred over this, which was in the thousands of dollars, if you add up unnecessary motel and gas expenses (note that I hung around Arkansas for 2 months as they kept stringing me along with court appearances where nothing happened, and where I did not even get to speak, while I was trying to get back items they had confiscated from me, which I finally got back after 2 months, and that I had no work during this time, so I just sat there draining through my savings, as the motel bill I incurred alone was something like $2,300), plus days where I missed working due to sitting in jail, or having to make BS court appearances. I estimate that I probably lost a good $7,000. I of course received ZERO help from anyone in the Libertarian Party, even though it could have been a massive lawsuit where the party could have signed on as a co-plaintiff and won money and gotten good publicity out of it, and also defended free speech and fair elections (the process of petitioning for ballot access is not fair if people get chased out of public spaces by the police for trying to comply with the ballot access laws).

    I ended up finding out through a FIOA request that the police KNEW that I did not send those death threats at LEAST 10 or 11 months prior to them dropping the death threats charge, and I suspect that they knew that I did not send them well before that, probably while I was in jail, because if they really thought I was going to go on a cop killing rampage in Jonesboro, I don’t think they would have released me. I think it is even possible that they knew that I did not send the deatht threats before they even arrested me. That FIOA request revealed that the police told the government prosecutor around 10 or 11 months PRIOR to that government prosecutor dropping the death threats charge against me that I did NOT send them. So why did the government prosecutor continue to hold that charge over my head for another 10 or 11 months, AFTER the police clearly told him that their investigation found that I had NOT sent the death threats? Why would a government prosecutor continue to try to prosecute somebody for a charge AFTER the police told them that their investigation found that a person was not guilty of the charge? This was clearly a malicious prosecution, and there should have been penalties against the prosecutor, but there were none.

    So since the police KNEW that I did not do it, who did do it? Cops are going to take death threats to cops seriously, so I find it hard to believe that they don’t know. I suspect that they do know, and that they were intentionally covering it up. I tried to get this information, and I kept getting stymied. If they don’t know exactly who it was, I bet they know where it came from, like what entity sent the threat. I suspect that whoever it was, would have to have some high level connections in government, or was working for people with high level connections in government. I find it hard to believe that the police are going to just lete death threats against cops slide that easily otherwise.

If I were an asset or had connections of any kind I would have far more than a measly 1,059 followers on Twitter. My presidential campaign would’ve been far more successful. IPR-X would be a popular site.

Can you tell us which Libertarian Party meeting you are going to show up at, regardless of whether you are a libertarian or not (I don’t care if you are a communist, I want you there, in person), so I can arrange to be there and video record you at the meeting, and then post it here to IPR?

    How the Postal Service uses facial recognition from controversial company Clearview AI and fake identities to snoop on Americans

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9595879/USPS-uses-facial-recognition-Clearview-AI-fake-identities-online-snoop-Americans.html

    From the article: “Analysts are reported to have used intelligence tools to track social media posts
    Their work falls under the Internet Covert Operations Program (iCOP)
    That was first revealed in April when it came under scrutiny for tracking Americans’ social media posts ahead of protests
    Now it emerges iCOP is more far reaching than previously thought
    The USPIS is said to use Clearview AI to ‘help identify unknown targets in an investigation or locate additional social media accounts for known individuals’
    It also uses Zignal Labs – which runs keyword searches on possible threats – and Nfusion – which creates anonymous online accounts – in its tracking
    In March Clearview AI was sued by the American Civil Liberties Union
    For many, news of a stockpile of images raised concerns that the type of surveillance seen in China could happen in the U.S. and other countries
    The USPIS said the tools used are ‘standard law enforcement techniques’ “

    I went to the national LP website and I saw NOTHING about vaccine mandates on the front page. Is there anything about vaccine mandates on the site, perhaps buried somewhere?

    During the 2000s, The Big Issue was the Iraq War. Yet much of the LP was silent on it. The “radicals” had to drag the LP kicking and screaming into denouncing the war.

    Today The Big Libertarian Issue should be vaccine mandates. Yet most of the LP (some local parties excepted) seems silent on the issue.

    I’m no longer privy to inside info on the LP. Does anyone know, are there any internal disagreements about vaccine mandates? Do some “libertarians” support vaccine mandates? Do some libertarians oppose mandates, but fear having the LP loudly oppose vaccine mandates?

    You saw nothing? Are you blind? What do you mean buried somewhere? It’s literally all you see when you load the page. You have to scroll down to see anything else.

    I suspect their timid response has to do with the most objectionable measures being enacted at the state and local levels and also not wanting the LP to be lumped together with illiterate conspiracy theorists on the populist right. Still, the issue shouldn’t be ignored while quietly hoping it will go away. The national party can and ought to declare its opposition to vaccine mandates on the private sector without denying the general safety or efficacy of COVID-19 mRNA vaccines.

    After saying little or nothing about it for a year or more, and after being pushed, they did end up releasing a health care freedom video advertisement on this subject which is posted on LP.org right now.

    “During the 2000s, The Big Issue was the Iraq War. Yet much of the LP was silent on it. The ‘radicals’ had to drag the LP kicking and screaming into denouncing the war.”

    I remember those days well, and I was in fact one of those who was pushing for the party to denounce the military aggressions against BOTH Afghanistan and Iraq (neither of whom had anything to do with 9/11).

    I recall back during the time period when the war in Iraq was a red hot issue, and there were huge anti-war protests all over the country, that there was barely a peep about it out of the Libertarian National Committee, and I recall them at one point during this time frame fixating supporting a proposal to Repeal the Death Tax, ie-the inheritance tax, which I supported, however, it certainly was not as hot an issue at that moment as was trying to stop the war in Iraq.

    I also remember back in the 1990’s that the Libertarian National Committee had passed a resolution calling for the impeachment of President Bill Clinton, which was great, but unfortunately, they never passed one calling for the impeachment of George W. Bush, even though there were just as many, and probably more, legitimate reasons to call for his impeachment, than there was for impeaching Bill Clinton. I thought that it was shameful that the impeach Bush resolution never passed.

    Did the LNC ever pass a resolution condemning the war in Iraq? I think some LP county affiliates may have, but I am not sure about any state LP affiliate or the LNC. I would have to go back and search through the archives.

    I remember at the time there was fear of offending Republicans who might decide to become Libertarians, but would not if the party was too vocal about opposing the going to war in Iraq and calling for the impeachment of President George W. Bush.

    “Today The Big Libertarian Issue should be vaccine mandates. Yet most of the LP (some local parties excepted) seems silent on the issue.”

    Yes, the COVID mandates are probably the biggest mass civil rights infringements in the history of this country.

    Not only are the COVID mandates a mass violation of civil liberties, as well as economic liberty, by having put millions of people out of a job, and in some cases causing businesses to go under, they are also completely unnecessary, as in they have not saved any lives, and if anything, have cost lives, especially if you factor in food shortages that occurred in poor countries due to the disruption of the food supply chain caused by the (unnecessary) lockdowns.

    “I’m no longer privy to inside info on the LP. Does anyone know, are there any internal disagreements about vaccine mandates? Do some ‘libertarians’ support vaccine mandates? Do some libertarians oppose mandates, but fear having the LP loudly oppose vaccine mandates?”

    Yes, there have been internal disagreements. I know the former disgraced National Chairman, Joe Bishop-Henchman, was supportive of COVID mandates. There have been and are others as well. I think that most Libertarians have opposed the COVID mandates, but some of them have been timid about commenting on it.

    The fact that Libertarian Party leadership was timid when it came out about the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq back in the early 2000’s, and that it has been timid today about the COVID hysterics and mandates, tells me that party leadership is either:

    A) infiltrated with government plants;

    B) has and has had too many “blue pilled” people who are not capable of, or are unwilling to, break through propaganda spread by the government and their partners in crime in the mainstream news media;

    c) are too cowardly to take any bold stands;

    d) one or more of the above, maybe all of the above.

    If the Libertarian Party was/is too timid to take bold stands against a blatantly unnecessary, immoral, and unconstitutional war in Iraq, and also against blatantly unnecessary, tyrannical, and unconstitutional COVID mandates, then it causes one to question why the party bothers to exist.

    Just to be clear, I know that many Libertarians, I would say most Libertarians, do oppose these things, but I think that it is pretty clear that party leadership was NOT boldly opposing these things during the time that they were the most relevant pressing issue.

    I think that it was a combination of factions with the Israeli/Zionist network, and their collaborators in the ruling establishment/Deep State who carried out 9/11. I think that Saudi Arabia only played a small role, likely just supplying the pasty supposed hijackers, who may not have really been on the planes. I think that they used military drones and not acutal passenger planes. The WTC was rigged with explosives beforehand. Mossad operatives wired the building with explosives.

    However IIRC, Tom Knapp denied this possibility.”

    I don’t think it was wired with explosives from its construction, although the plan to blow it up in a false flag terrorism attack was formulated years in advance.

    It came out that weeks before 9/11/01, that there were power downs in the late night/early AM dark hours, as in where the power was turned off, and there were supposed maintenance workers going in and out of the building. The drove vans from a company called Urban Moving Systems, which was an Israeli front company. One of these vans was actually caught with material for explosives on the George Washington Bridge in NYC, and it was driven by Israelis dressed as Arabs. There was another van of Israelis that was caught in a lot video recording the Twin Towers going down, while taking pictures of themselves celebrating and high fiving, and they were also dressed as Arabs. The Israelis caught on the George Washington Bridge and in that parking lot were all detained, but all were eventually released and went back to Israel. There was a a group of Israeli supposed “art students” who rented office space inside the WTC building, and it came out that these supposed “art students” were all part of an Israeli spying operation. Some pictures of the Israeli “art students” in their office at that World Trade Center surfaced which included them standing next to stacks of boxes with a label on them which somebody traced back to a company that makes fuse holders, and these could have been used to hold the explosives in place which they and their fellow Mossad operatives from Urban Moving Systems used to wire the WTC buildings with explosives.

    Marvin Bush, the younger brother of George W. Bush, was on the board of directors of the company that ran security at the WTC complex, and also the company that insured the WTC complex.

    Larry Silverstein held the lease on the WTC complex, which he acquired just a few months before 9/11, and he purchased it in spite of the building being full of asbestos, which was going to cost a lot of money to remove. He took out a massive insurance policy on the WTC, which included a clause for if the buildings get damaged or destroyed in terrorist attacks. Silverstein was active in the Zionist community, and even had conversations with the Prime Minister of Israel.

  45. Andy

    They are known as the “5 Dancing Israelis”. It was Michael Chertoff of the Bush administration who ended up getting them released from jail and sent back to Israel. There is video of then being interviews on Israeli TV, and in the interview they said that they had been sent their to, “document the event.” How did they know to get there in advance, and why were they seen celebrating, and why were they dressed like Arabs?

    Oh, I mentioned Urban Moving Systems, the Israeli front company that had the vans on 9/11. Everyone who worked there fled the country right after 9/11, going back to Israel, and they abandoned everything at their office, minus whatever files they took with them or destroyed.

    I will make this as brief as I can.
    Many if not most of you know me fairly well from commenting and my blog.
    Are you asking yourself what is this crazy dig up the grave stuff he is talking about?
    It would help if you read The Discovery of the Orgone by Wilhelm Reich, MD.
    And saw the movie Slaughterhouse 5, based on the Kurt Vonnegut, jr. book.
    In a quick sentence, I, much like “Billy Pilgrim”, came unstuck in time once. Then I “time traveled” to a place roughly comparable to “Tralfamadore” with my ex-girlfriend “Montana Wildhack” Nancy McCusker Benson, PhD.
    In 1974 I met Nancy who was married. She replied to an ad I placed on a Bulletin Board at the Student Union Building in The University of Colorado at Boulder. We had some dates.
    One evening at a makeout place in her white VW, she said out of the clear blue I think I am the first. I did not say much but I was thinking The first what? What is she talking about? She became extremely evasive; we never dated again.
    About 20 years later I decided to try gold mining in CA with the idea of stopping at Boulder on the way there and back to NJ to visit friends. I tried calling her. She would hang up.
    It took me years to realize she was far more educated than me and probably had a higher IQ than me, so she must have traveled “BACK” in time farther than I did. So at the make out place she got scared.
    Then in 2013 I was checking up on her and found out she had died a year before. I was stunned. How was that possible? We had not had the Trafalmadore experience yet.
    It took me some time to realize her cancer, death, funeral and burial had to be faked. By who and why?
    Well some one who was trying to gaslight me, suppress me. The government. To suppress my strategy to win the election for President third party, unprecedented, which they must have run through supercomputer election programs and found it COULD work. They must have decided not to kill me or Nancy, my announced first choice for First Lady. (She got divorced).
    There must be a longstanding government operation to tap into the death industry to dispose of political threats without killing the person. I suppose some they did kill. I do not know all the details.
    So Nancy’s earthly remains must not be in that grave.
    So if it were exhumed that would be found out one way or another.
    So I tried announcing it in my blog. Not much reaction. Then at BAN. Not much reaction. So now that I am back at IPR, I thought I would try again. Only be a little more specific.
    So there it is. As much detail and being as brief as I can.

    Let it be known I am NOT and have NEVER commented under the names ‘mdh’ or ‘fds.’ I hope this nips that particular conspiracy theory right in the bud.”

    AH HA! It looks like “Nathan Norman” may have just outed himself.

    I have been on to you for a LOOOONG time, going all the way back to the summer of 2009, you were on my suspect list.

    It looks to me like “Nathan Norman” is utilizing a psychological manipulation tactic where he drops some truth in order to get ahead of it getting out (most likely because HE KNOWS I AM ON TO HIM), but then he discredits it, so then if somebody like myself puts this truth out there, it will already be discredited in the minds of a lot of people (or at least those who read this site), and it also gives “Nathan Norman” plausible deniability. So he drops a truth bomb, but then discredits it, in order to put doubt in people’s minds.

    Putting out a truth but then discrediting it is a tactic used by government internet trolls, by the way.

    Now the question is “Nathan Norman” just doing this for kicks, or is “Nathan Norman” a paid internet troll.

    Given that back when I knew this particular former Libertarian Party State Chairman, they said that they had previously worked for the NSA, my guess is that they are still on a government payroll.

    It is possible that they do this for kicks, or perhaps it is both, in that that are a paid government troll who enjoys their work (likely sociopath).

    I also suspect that “Nathan Norman” is “Egyptian God,” and some other characters who have popped up here on IPR and Ballot Access News, and probably some other places, over the years.

    Now just to be clear, “Nathan Norman” is NOT the only one who has trolled here. Paul Frankel was also doing it. He got caught here more than once, including by me while we were both at that motel in Arkansas, plus I had caught him years prior to that posting as “Humongous Fungus” (do a search through archives here and at Ballot Access News for “Humongous Fungus.” those were Paul Frankel posts, as was “Wang Tang Fu,” as outed by Jill Pyeatt and Jeremy “Jed Ziggler” Siple, and Paul had a bunch of other fake names as well).

    Also, just to be clear, and I do NOT think that the above were the only ones doing it either. There had to have been others.

    Were they working togther? Some likely were, but not all of them. Some may have been “lone wolves,” but some HAD to be connected to something bigger, due to all of the strange stuff that has happened, stuff that could only be pulled off by a sophisticated operation that would have to have governmental level connections to pull off.

    If you don’t know what I am talking about here, then you are uniformed.

    Robert, go back through IPR archives to 2008 and 2009, and maybe 2010.

    I know you have been posting here for a long time, Robert. When was your first post here? I recall you participated in a presidential debate which was posted to YouTube (I do not know if it is still up), at a joint convention for the Libertarian Party of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, which I believe was held in Philadelphia, in 2008. I already knew who you were at the time.

    Independent Political Report was formed after Third Party Watch started censoring posts that were critical of the Bob Barr campaign.

    There was kind of a group of us who went from the original Hammer of Truth, to Last Free Voice, to Third Party Watch, and then to Independent Political Report. This goes all the way back to around 2005. I recall that Independent Political Report was up by the time of the Libertarian National Convention in 2008 in Denver, CO, but I think it was only a few weeks old at that point.

    That is just one suspect, but it is a long time strong suspect.

    How would you just “figure this out” consider that this person is not the only former State Chairman to have ever posted here?

    Do you just sit around all day, every day, reading IPR posts?

    Why suspect this person?

    There were troll posts that popped up here right during the period that I met this person.

    This person said that they had formerly worked for the NSA. I think that this person lived in Maryland, where the NSA headquarters are, prior to moving to West Virginia.

    This person was an internet hacker, who said they had attended DeFon Con, which is a hacker convention in Las Vegas. It has been an admitted fact that DefCon is crawling with feds, and it has even turned into a running joke there to the point where they apparently play a “Who’s the fed?” game there, where they go through a big audience and try to guess who is a fed (I am not sure if anyone admits to it, but it is a documented fact that the feds do have people in these circles, and who attend DefCon).

    This person admitted to enjoy trolling online.

    This person used to openly follow IPR religiously.

    This person engaged in questionable behavior as a State Chairman, such as recruting some really screwed up people to run for office as Libertarians, including one who was a Republican who had multiple drunk driving arrests on his record, and who in fact got another DUI while a petition was circulating to put them on the ballot as a Libertarian Party candidate for state legislature. Fortunately, most of these candidates did not qualify for the ballot. There was one who made it, and I think this was a person who became State Chairman after the above person left the party. That individual may have been OK. I would have to check the records.

    This person misappropriated some money that had been and was being raised for ballot access, by spending it on things like beer and nachos, and by purchasing a computer, which they claimed was for the party, but I suspect they kept it as their own computer.

    (Note that I went to West Virginia, and I was working as a paid commission fundraiser, and Paul Frankel was working as petitioner. I was going to work as a petitioner as well, but there was not enough money to keep both of us working, so I offered to work as a paid fundraiser. I did work as a paid petitioner for one day during this drive, which was on the 4th of July, but I used the signatures I collected that day to pay Paul my half of the rent money. Paul had expected to be in West Virginia for awhile, and he had found a good deal on an apartment that was being sub-rented out by some college students from the University of West Virginia in Morgantown. It was a pretty cool aparment, as it had 3 bedrooms, although one of them was locked, two full bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a balcony. I stopped raising money after I realized that the State Chairman was misappropriating some of the money. I was NOT going to ask people to donate if any money was being misappropriated, and that’s what it looked like to Paul and I. I also questioned some of the candidates. We had petitions for a few district office candidates, as well as an early petition for the presidential ticket. I asked the person above if he had the right petition form for the presidential ticket, and if West Virginia allowed for candidate substitution. He claimed that it was the right form and that they did. Paul and I ended up asking the election department ourselves. I think we called Richard Winger first, then we asked the election department. It turned out something was wrong with the presidential petition form, and/or that WV did not allow candidate substitution, so if this was the case, whatever sigs we collecte on that form were worthless. So we stopped working that petition. There was still the district office candidates, but we had questions about the seriousness of these candidates, and if they were even really libertarians. So we began looking for other petition work. I ended up finding us a petition job in Rhode Island, so we packed to go there, but prior to leaving, the person above still owed us some money. It was not a lot of money. I was owed maybe $100-$200 or something for fundraising commissions. Paul was owed some money for signatures. It was probably around the same amount, maybe more, but I dont’t think it was for a lot, maybe a few hundred dollars. We tried calling the person above, but he never answered his phone. So we packed up my car, and before we left the state, we drove to where he lived, which was in a trailer. We knocked on the door, and nobody answered. I recall it looking like somebody was there, and we knew this person lived there, in large part because we had been there once before and he was there. We asked him for some money that he had owed us, and he claimed to be busy, but that he would pay us later. So this was our 2nd time over there. I do recall a vehicle being parked there, and I suspect that he was home, so I knocked on some windows (the windows were covered, so we could not see inside), but nobody answered. We figured he was hiding out inside, trying to avoid talking to us. So we ended up saying, “The heck with it,” and we hit the road to Rhode Island. I think Paul did try to get in touch with him from Rhode Island, and he never got a response, and I don’t think he ever got whatever money he was owed. I know I never got whatever I was owed either. I never saw or spoke to this guy again after this, as it was sometime later that year, which was 2009, or perhaps early 2010, that I heard that this guy had left the party, and supposedly become a non-voting anarchist. I had heard that the other guy in West Virginia who was the only district candidate who I think made the ballot said that when he left, he left the state party a mess. The above person who have followed and posted on IPR regularly, ended up leaving this site, but I suspected that they were still posting here under fake names. I actually began suspecting this person was doing it while we were in West Virginia, based on their behavior and comments that he made.)

    This person said that they had gone to New Hampshire, apparently to campaign for Ron Paul, and has instigated the snowball throwing incident at Fox News talking head, Sean Hannity, which made headlines.

    This person also went to Pittsburgh, PA, for the G8 protest, and they were dressed in a black ANTIFA type of outfit, and I believe that they took part in the rioting that occurred there. Keep in in mind that it is document that the feds send people into groups to act as spies and saboteurs and provocateurs. Why would a self professed libertarian show up at an event like this, dressed up like somebody from ANTIFA? That was strange.

    This person was a Satanist, or at least had some kind of fixation with Satanism, but I recall Paul saying that this person said to him that he was a Satanist.

    There was another weird story surrounding this person which I am not even going to get into,

    There was an incident that happened quite awhile ago, after this person had left this site, or at least left under their real name, that I was alluding to this person being a suspect for trolling here. I also did some searches online to see what I could dig up about this person. Then, out of the blue, I received an email from this person. It was very weird, because it was not as though we kept in touch, or were long lost friends, and the time of it was quite suspicious, because without directly naming them, I had alluded to them as one of my suspects for being a troll here, and I head done a search on their name online, and then all of a sudden I get an email from them. Maybe it was somebody claiming ot be them, but I think it actually was him. It was quite suspicious. Unfortunately, I think that I accidentally deleted that email awhile ago.

    I had heard that this person moved out of West Virginia, and I recall hearing they had moved to Missouri, and I later saw something online that appeared as though they had moved to New Jersey. Since Robert Milnes is also in New Jersey, I wondered if there was a connection, but maybe not.

    So yeah, this person has been on my suspect list for a long time, ever since I was in West Virginia in 2009. I was in West Virginia for about a month, maybe a little bit longer than that. Paul was there for maybe 2 or 3 weeks or so before I got there. I think I got there in June, probably the early half. It could have been late May, but I think it was June.

    Like I said above, whether this person is guilty of trolling here or not, this person is not my only suspect, nor do I believe that they are the only troll. Sadly, Paul trolled here, but I don’t think he was the only one either.

    I went back to West Virginia in 2012, as part of a last minute save of the Libertarian Party ballot access drive, of which we did suceed, which likely would not have happened if not for me, and the people I brought into that drive, which included Paul, and three others. LP of WV only made it by like 89 signatures over the legal requirement, so without my efforts, the party would not have been on the ballot in WV in 2012. There was a different State Chairman by then. I was only there for a few days that time.

    I remember saying to Paul that I thought it was bizarre that a guy who was apparently skilled enough in computers to get a job working with computers for the NSA, and who attended DefCon events in Las Vegas, would be in West Virginia working at a grocery store stocking shelves. Yes, that was his job when we were there. I recall he also talked about working for the Salvation Army as a bell ringer (maybe so he could steal donations, I don’t know). I am not sure if he did the Salvation Army bell ringing job or not, but he did talk about it.

    Paul said that he agreed that it was weird.

    Oh, also, while we were in West Virginia, he tried to play a joke on Don Lake, who used to post here and on Ballot Access News. He created some fake job at a veterans home, and then he tried to get Don Lake to travel to interview for this job. I think Don Lake lived in California, and this fake veterans home job was on the east coast. He wanted Don Lake to show up thinking he was going for a job interview, and nobody would know what he was talking about. I thought it was funny, but that he needed to tell Don Lake that it was fake. I think I may have ended up telling Don Lake that the job was fake, because I did not want to see the guy get his hopes up for nothing, or travel across the country for a non-existant job interview.

    He also tried to trick me into downloading something to my computer that would have made a message come over the speakers that would have said, “I’M WATCHING GAY PORN! I’M WATCHING GAY PORN! I’M WATCHIN GAY PORN!” over and over again. Fortunately, I did not fall for it.

    Yeah, the guy sounds like a real riot, right?

    Yeah, that is funny, but this guy was also malicious.

    So yes, given this personality type, it is not a stretch to wonder if this person was trolling here. I actually asked him point blank while we were there if some troll posts here were from him, and of course he denied it. I was not sure if I should believe his denials, so he has remained on my list of suspected trolls.

    I also recall that he had spray painted some kind of graffiti on a building. I did not know what it was supposed to be, so I asked him. He said it was hacker graffiti, as in computer hacker.

    There have been a lot of people who have posted here at IPR over the years, including multiple people who have been Libertarian Party State Chairs.

    Really odd how “Nathan Norman” was able to zero in on the above guy, especially since “Nathan Norman” claimed to not even have been on IPR during the time period when that person posted here, unless of course he really means he was not using the “Nathan Norman” fake name during that time period.

  56. Nathan Norman

    You said the person in question had lived in WV, MO and MD and had been the LP chairman of a state that was 2 or 3 states over from NJ. WV and MD are the only states you said he lived in that were 2 or 3 states over. I looked up the past state chairmen from MD and WV on LPedia. The chairman of MD has been the same since 2007. There have been several chairmen of WV in that time but Harris seemed to be the most likely especially since I found some comments from him on IPR. I also found a comment from last year where paulie said the person in question was living in MO, which made it clear that he is who you were talking about.

  57. Andy

    Gee “Nathan,” you certainly are quite the detective. I said that comment about states over awhile ago. You must pour over old IPR posts as if it is your job, as in like you are getting paid to do it.

    Could it be that you got recruited out of or assigned by the NSA to do all this?

  58. Andy

    I suspect the person in question moved to New Jersey.

    Tell us “Natham” how do you like living in New Jersey?

  59. Nathan Norman

    I live in Pennsylvania. I used to live in California. I haven’t been in New Jersey for any extended period of time so I wouldn’t know what it’s like to live there.

  60. Andy

    Well if you are in Pennsylvania, that works out great. You are too much of a coward to show up at any LP meeting I am at, but I know a lot of people in the LP of Pennsylvania, so how about you show up at an LP meeting in PA which I am NOT in attendance, and we get the other people at the meeting to video record it, and post it online? We can tell them you are a special guest from Independent Political Report. Maybe we could arrange a free meal for you, or some free drinks.

    Are you uo to the challenge?

  61. Andy

    Last year was 2020. Why would Paul have said that in 2020? I believe he said that years before this, but why would it have come up in 2020? Could you be mistaken about the year this comment was made?

  62. Andy

    If you are really in Scranton, PA it should not be hard for us to meet up. I drove through Scranton in 2018 when I was working on the LP of PA ballot access drive. I was on my way to another place though.

  63. Andy

    Near Oceanside? Carlsbad? San Marcos? Escondido?

    Those 4 places are all cities within San Diego County, but not part of the city of San Diego.

    The first time I petitioned in San Diego was in 2010.
