The Libertarian National Committee and several Michigan Libertarians involved in one of the two organizations actively claiming to be the party’s legitimate state affiliate will meet for the first court hearing in Ann Harbor later next month.
The first hearing of Libertarian National Committee, Inc. v. Saliba et al. has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at 1:00 PM in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, located in Ann Arbor. Attorneys Joseph Zito, Bruce Wallace, and Oscar Rodriguez represent the Libertarian National Committee, while attorney C. Nicholas Curcio represents all eight defendants.

The LNC was granted the injunction. I am looking forward to a detailed description of the case.
Though I don’t know where you could get it, the response (defendants) and reply (plaintiff) filings are detailed and instructive. It would be helpful if you could post those.
