Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Achieves Ballot Access in Michigan

In a media release from the Kennedy/Shanahan campaign received by IPR earlier today, the campaign announced that they have received ballot access in Michigan. The release states:

We have fantastic news to share . . .

Thanks to your unwavering support, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has successfully secured his spot on the ballot in the critical swing state of Michigan! This victory is not just a win for our campaign but a testament to the power of a united, grassroots movement dedicated to restoring integrity and healing America. And it is sending shockwaves throughout the political establishment – it wasn’t supposed to happen!

The release states that 50 state plus DC ballot access efforts are expected to cost the campaign in excess of $15 million dollars. It further states that the “political elites” will use “every trick in the book” to derail the campaign.

A New York Times article by Rebecca Davis O’Brien titled “Surprise Tactics and Legal Threats: Inside R.F.K. Jr’s Ballot Access Fight”, states:

(RFK Jr) has often credited enthusiastic volunteers and grass-roots backers with driving the (ballot access) effort. In fact, the operation has become increasingly reliant on consultants and paid petitioners . . .

According to the NYT article, the Kennedy/Shanahan campaign is currently on the ballot in Utah and Michigan, with petitioning or other ballot access efforts currently occurring in Nevada, Idaho, Hawaii, Nebraska, Iowa, New Hampshire and both North and South Carolina.

An article titled “Robert F. Kennedy Jr. gets spot on Michigan’s ballot as Natural Law Party nominee” by Craig Mauger of The Detroit News, further states:

The Natural Law Party is one of five minor parties qualified to appear on Michigan’s 2024 ballot, according to a 2023 publication by the Secretary of State’s office. The others are the Libertarian, Green, U.S. Taxpayers and Working Class parties.

He got put on by the Natural Law Party. The petition signatures American Values 2024 PAC over-paid for could not be used because super PAC money can’t be used for ballot access. The Natural Law Party still has recognized party status in Michigan and can place presidential tickets on the ballot without them having to submit petition signatures.

Any inkling of whom the Working Class Party might nominate for President?
