It was reported Saturday the Reform Party postponed its presidential nomination during its national convention. IPR has now learned the party rescheduled the nomination for June 20. This is due to many of the delegates being unaware there were choices for the presidential nomination other than businessman Rocky De La Fuente, the Alliance Party presidential nominee and 2016 presidential nominee of the Reform Party. According to a source with knowledge of the situation, the delegates are said to be happy to have other choices.
The four candidates for the Reform Party presidential nomination will each individually address delegates from Tuesday to Friday at 8 PM EDT each day. Arizona Transhumanist Party chair and founder Ben Zion speaks Tuesday. De La Fuente is scheduled for Wednesday. Teacher Souraya Faas addresses delegates Thursday. And New Hampshire Representative Max Abramson participates on Friday.
Faas proposed the party hold a debate among the candidates but the party opted for the Q&A format.
The Reform Party currently has ballot access in Florida. As we reported, the Alliance Party website listed the Reform Party of Florida as an affiliate on Saturday. It has since been removed.

If they want to go for the “wow” factor they should nominate Robert E. Lee and Thomas J. Jackson. Since they are only on the ballot in Mississippi and Florida that would seem their best option.
WS: “According to Collins, the party wanted him to record a video of himself giving a speech but he wasn’t able to do so.”
That’s okay. They’ll be in his heart.
I’m actually hoping Ben Zion wins, as I agree with him the most
I don’t know the party rules. I suppose a delegate could vote for him but I expect them to nominate one of the four who address the delegates.
Does that mean he is unable to receive delegate votes?
According to Collins, the party wanted him to record a video of himself giving a speech but he wasn’t able to do so.
I posted this on the other active Reform Party thread but… what happened to Phil Collins as a potential Reform Party presidential nominee?
