Constitution Party Launches American Constitutionist Writers Caucus

The Constitution Party has launched a new Substack project called the American Constitutionist Writers Caucus, giving writers affiliated with the organization a place to share commentary on constitutional principles and current political issues.

The party introduced the project in its inaugural June 17 article, calling it “a gathering of Constitution Party writers from across the nation.” The project will focus on articles about Constitutionist principles, how they have been misapplied or otherwise ignored, and what party supporters can do to move the country toward a vision consistent with that of the nation’s Founders.

“As with every Republic known to history, America has wandered off the narrow path of limited government and its commitment to securing the rights of the people and the power of the states,” the introduction reads. “It is time for we the people to hold our elected officials and the unelected bureaucracies accountable for their actions against us.”

The party has not published a single public list of all writers involved with the project. Since its launch, contributors have included Andrew Zuelke, chair of the Constitution Party of Wisconsin, and Karen Murray, chair of the Alaska Constitution Party.

The new project is the latest digital outreach effort launched by the Constitution Party in recent years. In August 2024, the party launched Liberty Rising, a YouTube channel focused on sharing party principles and explaining how current political crises can be “solved in liberty.” That channel, edited by Alec Pavlik, has periodically addressed current political events, pop culture, and other topics from a Constitution Party perspective.
