University of Kansas senior runs for legislature as Libertarian

The Daily Kansan of the University of Kansas reports that William Stewart-Starks, a senior from California, plans to run for the Kansas state legislature as a Libertarian. His campaign will focus on “increasing personal freedoms and reducing the size of the government by making it more local.”
