The Concord Monitor reports New Hampshire’s ballot order “was set on Friday at the secretary of state’s office. The ballot will feature one column per party — Democrats, Republicans and Others — with each getting the first column in one-third of the state’s 24 state Senate districts, as drawn by Popsicle sticks. ‘Others’ will be listed starting K first, so in the presidential race, the rows will list Ralph Nader before the two Libertarians, George Phillies and Bob Barr.”

If only such even-handedness were the rule rather than the exception.
Probably Barr, since he gets more national coverage. Then again, Phillies is on the ballot in only two states (one if the substitution lawsuit in Massachusetts succeeds), and lives right next door, so he could spend a lot of time in the next month and a half campaigning in NH and getting local coverage.
Who do you think will get more votes: Phillies or Barr?
