The Maryland Libertarian Party, getting an early start on 2010, has announced the selection of four candidates. Richard Davis, who last year received 2.5 percent of the vote in the First Congressional District race, will again seek that seat, currently held by Democrat Frank Kratovil. Lorenzo Gaztañaga will seek the Second Congressional District seat held by Democrat Dutch Ruppersberger. Brandon Brooks and Justin Kinsey have been nominated for seats in the state House of Delegates.
