    They have a lot of candidates, yet they can’t seem to pay the petition circulators that got ripped off in 2012.

    it’s a mixed bag this early on – all are actively campaigning, while some have filed, paid fees, and/or are soliciting names for ballot position. For example, Utah nominated its slate that will appear on the November ballot. Alabama approves new parties on a county by county basis, and so far 3 CPers are formally running there with others still working toward ballot position. The Wisconsin CP just went over the top in signatures and is awaiting certification. There were 97 candidates last month and that number is growing; some may fall by the wayside and others will be in the field. it’s a process.

    The Constitution Party is not on the Montana ballot. But I wonder if they are counting County Committee people as well in that total.
