The Green Party of the United States will host an Election Night show, to be streamed live on the party’s YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/GreenPartyVideos/live).
The show will take place 8:00 to 11:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, November 3, and will feature Green candidates running for public office on the general election earlier the same day.
The show will also host a “Meetup” in the chat room next to the video feed for viewers to participate in a discussion of Election Day news and offer questions for the show’s guests.
Among the candidates slated for interview during the show:

Kristin Combs for City Council, Philadelphia, PA
Molly O’Brien for New Jersey State Assembly (District 17)
Frank Cetera for City Council, Syracuse, NY

Joshua Kelly for Zoning Board of Appeals Alternate, CT
Rob Korobkin for City Council, Portland, ME
Rich Siegel for Bergan County Freeholder, NJ
Jeff Staples, for Virginia House of Delegates (District 81)
The show will be produced and hosted by Starlene Rankin and Craig Seeman of the Green Party’s Media Committee.

92 Green candidates are running for public office in the 2015 general election. The total number of Green candidates in races through 2015 is 116 (http://www.gp.org/candidates). Eight Greens were elected or reelected earlier in 2015. Currently, at least 100 hold public office across the U.S. (http://www.gp.org/officeholders).

The Green Party is also preparing for the 2016 election year, with candidates in national, state, and local races. The party will nominate a Green presidential ticket at its 2016 national convention, planned for August 4 through 7 in Houston, Texas.
