Nebraska law directs the Secretary of State to automatically place on the ballot candidates who are identified by the national news media as presidential candidates.

Other candidates may petition onto the primary ballot with 300 signatures.

    Are there any other states which will have primaries with Libertarian Presidential candidates competing against each other like Nebraska?

    Yes. NC does. MO will have one. CA has one, but it’s actually after the national convention. I don’t know off-hand the full list. Around a half-dozen or so states I want to say.
