I like this line crediting Ludwig von Mises and Murray Rothbard with inspiring civil disobedience:
“She said she used to wanna be with a rock star
Then I introduced her to Mises and Rothbard
And now she’s got me protestin’ on top of a cop car” 🙂
All the namechecks of actual, grassroots activist libertarian girls are great too. Good work guys!
Carol, am I missing the reference to running off? Not that running off strikes me as an inappropriate reaction to a demand that one bear an equal (or greater?) share of the costs resulting from a decision in which one has less than equal agency. If expenses are expected to be shared, the decision-making that precedes them should be shared too. Fair is fair.
I know or know of most of the names mentioned, but not all.
I didn’t take his words too literally, otherwise. He’s just saying he appreciates a third-party girl. Works for me!
Sounds like he wants to party, knock her up and then do what – run off??
Where’s the contract to support the kid(s) til age of 18ish??
Or pay for the abortion if she changes her mind? Make sure they understand ALL the ramifications. 🙂
Interesting to see some names mentioned….
Will check them out…
I’m proud to be a Third Party Girl!
