AETN Debates: Arkansas Governor including Libertarian Mark West

Mark West needs 3% for Governor to keep the Libertarians from having to gather another 10,000 valid signatures for 2020.

An independent presidential petition could also be done, requiring only 1,000 valid signatures, but would not qualify candidates for any other office. Arkansas Libertarians have done the full party petition in the last several elections, but have yet to retain from one election to the next. Arkansas was the last state in the country where Libertarians qualified for non-presidential offices.

The Montana Constitution Art III sect 3 Oath of Office, last sentence: “No other oath, declaration, or test shall be required as a qualification for any office or public trust.” Yet according to the Montana Codes Annotated, candidates must “declare” their party affiliation. We need a damn good Constitutional lawyer (pro bono) to challenge these codes, setting a precedent for ALL States!
