The Kennedy Victory Fund, a joint fundraising committee originally established between the Libertarian National Committee and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., has added eight more participating committees since Kennedy suspended his presidential campaign last month.
Although Kennedy suspended his independent presidential campaign on August 23, the Kennedy Victory Fund continues to operate and raise funds, though specific details about its activities remain unclear. As of this article, the Fund states that supporters can contribute up to $127,900.
An amended Statement of Organization form filed with the FEC on September 6 shows that the Kennedy Victory Fund now comprises twelve participating committees, including founding groups Team Kennedy and the Libertarian National Committee. This marks a significant jump in members from an earlier filing on August 25, which was submitted just days after Kennedy announced his suspension and listed only Team Kennedy, the Libertarian National Committee, the American Independent Party of California, and the Libertarian Party of Colorado.
In addition to these previously mentioned members, new participants include the Libertarian parties of Hawaii, Nebraska, Connecticut, and Montana; the Libertarian Party of Michigan Executive Committee, Inc.; the Unified Libertarians of Massachusetts; and the Free New Mexico Party. A note included in the filing further specifies that the Free New Mexico Party and the Montana Libertarian Party are classified as non-federal committees. Additionally, the Libertarian Mutual Aid PAC, a private organization in Rhode Island focused on improving local communities through volunteerism, is now part of the coalition.
Notably absent from the list is the Reform Party of Florida, which was initially announced as a founding member. As of this article, the Kennedy Victory Fund website still advertises the Reform Party of Florida’s involvement. Also missing is the Libertarian Party of Florida, which had initially participated before Kennedy’s suspension, but later rescinded its involvement after its Rules Committee determined that the Chair entered into the agreement without the consent of the Libertarian Party of Florida’s Executive Committee.

Brainworm Bobby, money launderer. Shock me.
Gratifying to see that for all their efforts, Harlos and her cronies haven’t managed to breach the LNC’s contract yet. But now imagine how much more the fund would be raising, if RFK was still running on all cylinders.
The whole thing sounds sketchy.
