Below is from Virgil Goode’s Facebook page. (His public page that you can “like,” not the Virgil Goode for President page.) This was posted on Friday so I assume “yesterday” was last Thursday.
Yesterday, Virgil Goode and Jim Clymer were in Pasadena, Maryland at the meeting of the Institute on the Constitution. Also attending was Michael Peroutka, the 2004 Constitution Party candidate for President, who also was a chief host of the event. Also, the 2008 Constitution Party Candidate Chuck Baldwin was in
attendance. Over 40 conservative and constitutional leaders participated in the Institute.Staff

Austin – Relative to the comments of Mark Seidenberg in #8 above –
1) As I have documented at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com Mark DID NOT vote with a ” majority ” of the State Central Committee of the AIP to disassociate the AIP from the CP. Instead a minority of the Central Committee ( 5 out of 17 ) had a secret ( from the rest of the committee ) PHONE ” meeting ” after which they filed fake documents with the Secretary of State office claiming that the AIP had voted to separate from the CP. Knowing they could not win an honest vote they thus committed the criminal act of fraud to attack the CP. The reason for this is that Mark Seidenberg, along with his fellow criminal conspirators, inclusive of Alan Keyes, is an agent of the Southern Poverty Law Center which, in alliance with the Anti-Defamation League and the ” moderate ” Romney establishment section of the Republican Party, is dedicated to destroying the 3rd party conservative movement in the nation.
2) The only reason that Mark gave Virgils name to the SOS office for inclusion on the AIP Presidential primary list was because Virgil was considered the most likely candidate to achieve the nomination of the CP; an event which did occur. The plan from the start was then to invite Virgil to the fake AIP ” convention ” in Sacramento where he would request to be placed on the AIP Presidential ballot line and then be denied placement by Mark Robinson.
Why?
Because the ultra corrupt Mark Robinson wanted to achieve his equivalent of a sexual orgasm by luring the CP candidate to their ” convention ” and then denying him ballot placement in order to demonstrate his Olympian/Ceasar power ( thumbs up or thumbs down ) which he had obtained by filing the fake documents with the state and becoming the Supreme Ruler of the Party.
Hence the rejection of Virgil was planned many months ago. If Virgil had been maintained on the ballot by the SOS office and had won the primary by 100,000 votes it would not have mattered. Robinson would STILL have denied him placement on the ballot line because the entire purpose of the charade was to feed Robinsons galactic ego which proclaims him as the greatest Parlimentarian, Chairman, fill-in-the-blank to ever exist. Such actions of course fall right in line with, and are totally appreciated by, the SPLC/ADL/Republican alliance; i.e.; the forces behind Romney; which are dedicated to breaking and enslaving our nation.
Don J. Grundmann, D.C. the last duly elected Chairman of the American Independent Party and the Chairman of the California Constitution Party; the only true conservative Constitutionalist Party in California.
Austin,
The lockout of Michael after Tampa was the straw that caused me to vote with the majority
of the State Central Committee of the American
Independent Party and look for a new home for
the American Independent Party of California
with it’s over 434 thousand electors.
I think it is a good thing that Virgil Goode showed up in Pasadena. The Peroutka Bros.
have a fine website and program.
My interest is who was into banter with Dr.
Baldwin at the meeting, since he joined the
GOP and stopped trying to be a recovering
Republican, a la Lofton.
The bottom line is the Constitution Party of California is try to get ballot access with its
group of 207 electors in California. The problem is numbers, ballot access in California
is 103,004.
I did try to help Mr. Goode to get ballot access
in California, but California Secretary of State,
Debra Bowen said NO!
I would like to know if Mr. Goode spoke with
John Lofton in Pasadena? If so, what was the
topic of lectures?
Sincerely,
Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American Independent Party of California.
Oregon, Montana, Alabama, Maryland, I believe is the list. Maryland and Bama have been replaced since then. Oregon and Montana have selectively worked with the CP.
Austin, Peroutka left the CP when they failed to boot out the Nevada chapter for running a candidate and having leadership that supported exceptions on abortion. This was the same reason that several states left.
What I read said the problem was abortion related.
Battenberg–you have opened the ultimate can of worms.
I’m sure someone will explain it to you.
Can someone fill me in on what problem there is between Peroutka and the CP?
I hope so.
It is possible to read too much into this, but does this indicate a possible reconciliation between Peroutka and the CP?
