Update on Libertarian Party of Oregon’s Lawsuit

Previously, the Wagner group filed a Motion for Summary Judgement against the lawsuit filed by the Reeves group. Here is that information.

On Thursday of last week, the Reeves group filed a Motion for Summary Judgement against the Wagner group. It is in the following link:

Today, the attorney for the Reeves group filed against the amendment by the Wagner group to collect attorney fees if they win. The Wagner group will petition the court to allow the amendment.

134 ballots collected last night in our board elections. (Out of about 800 mailed out)
More donations than the treasurer could tabulate at the moment.
A little over 2 weeks remain to send them in.

Perhaps the most amusing part to me is that Tyler Smith asked for no court reporting services. This is perhaps because he got quoted in our MSJ …. but you really have to dial the douche level up to 11 to even try that.
