Memorial Day is a day set aside to remember those who died defending the liberties of this country. In that vein, we need to act to protect what they died for; the sovereignty of the USA.
That statement may sound a little dramatic, but once you understand what just happened in Congress – – I think you’ll agree.
The 10-minute video link below is very important to watch about the TPP (Trans Pacific Partnership), which has nothing to do with trade and everything to do with global dominance by the mega banks of the world.
TPP has been in the works for decades, spearheaded and supported by Republicans beginning with NAFTA (under Clinton), CAFTA (under Bush), and Columbia, Panama and S. Korea (under Obama).
You see, this proves it matters not which Party is in control. As long as the pendulum always swings back and forth between the Ds and Rs, those who set at the fulcrum and who control both parties care not one bit which party is in power.

I’ll never understand why more patriots don’t object to these trade bills. Yet, on the Friday before a holiday weekend (which is when all bad things happen in Congress so fewer will notice), the Senate gave Obama a fast track vote on this legislation. And, as usual, it was mostly Republicans who voted for it.
Of course, both Missouri senators, Democrat Clair McCaskill and Republican Roy Blunt supported this bill.
Even so-called “conservative” Texas Republican Ted Cruz voted to give fast-track authority to Obama to set fire to our Constitution.
Here is the link to the vote tally. It passed 62-37 with only 5 Republicans (the phony “conservative” party) voting against it.
This Bill now goes to the House, which, if passed, will essentially grant Obama the power to do treaty by Executive Order.
ACTION ALERT: The House is on break til June 1, but get off your couch and start calling your Representative’s offices this week and demand he/she vote “NO” on TPP.

“Leaders” requires the existence of followers. I’m not so sure that applies to them.
Sorry, but I’d rather not be associated with a political party that has people like Riley Hood or Don Grundmann as leaders in their ranks.
