Mystery behind 2008 Florida Green Party candidates may be solved by court hearing

Ballot Access News:

Last year, five individuals filed to run for the Florida legislature in the Green Party primary. None of the five were known to leaders of the Green Party, and all of the five seemed to avoid any attempts to communicate with them by the press and by Green Party leaders. The suspicion was that the five had been recruited by Republican Party activists to enter particular races that were perceived as close. As it turned out, none of the five nominees tipped the outcome; the winner in all five legislative races received an absolute majority. Later, the state chair of the Green Party sued one of the candidates who appeared unable to pay the rather large filing fee, to find out who had paid that fee. The case has a hearing on February 19 in state court in Pasco County. King v Roman, 51-2008-ca-8091-ws.

Why the bailouts are unconstitutional, criminal and tyrannical.
    by Bill O’Neill,
The cracked Liberty Bell is a great metaphor for what the federal government did to Liberty and the bailouts will symbolically make the crack worse.

In February of 1791 the Federal government needed money but didn’t have the gold that was needed to print more dollars and selling government bonds was not dependable because who would trust the government to actually pay back a loan secured only by a promise on a piece of paper? In 1791 people were wise enough to know government lied on a grand scale so people distrusted government promises. They had a phrase: “it’s not worth the paper it’s written on”, excuse the bad grammar.

In 1791 government didn’t have any power to compel people to pay taxes because there was no National Police Force, unlike today where the fed has more power than ever. Look at the federal powers and control by/of: the IRS, the EPA, the FDA, Homeland Security, the FBI, Immigration, broadcasting, accounting, insurance, imports, exports, food, drugs, doctors, hospitals, farms, even the land, water and air, but I digress.

The Constitution limited Congress’s ability to get money except by collecting taxes and taxes were limited by the Constitution so the Federal government needed to get around the Constitution. Alexander Hamilton devised a plan to get money without being honest about it. He “chartered” a bank. Then the government printed bonds for the bank to use as collateral for a loan. Next the government borrowed against the “bonds” but of course the bank didn’t have money to loan so money was simply printed using the lie that the bonds were collateral for the money and the money was the same as real money. It’s called collateralizing debt and 218 years later it works better than Hamilton dreamed.

Government prints money whenever it wants. That’s partly how the bailout gets the money it needs. Fundamentally it’s fraud but it’s smarter than Bernie Madoff’s fraud because the government rarely investigates itself, — except when Democrats want to persecute Bush but again I digress.

Congress approved the Bank Charter scheme even though Congress didn’t have the authority to charter a bank. That authority; that power; was withheld from Congress by the Constitution which required a power to be listed in the Constitution before Congress could use it. You can still check the Constitution and try to find it.

To make sure Congress couldn’t use power it didn’t have, the Tenth Amendment, part of the Bill of Rights, was approved and added to the original constitution which are two reasons I claim bailouts are unconstitutional and since, as part of the idea of keeping each individual free the Constitution is designed to protect the freedom of each individual, a violation of the Constitution by congress is an attack on individual freedom.

The present bailout plan is derived from the same tactic as the bank charter scheme. Government will spend money it doesn’t have by printing it and, using complicated maneuvers, make it difficult to figure out. (sic.)

The ideas in the Constitution run against most government power and towards individual rights and power, the latter being the foundation of all Liberty but unfortunately for Liberty, immoral people want illicit power and to date, they have been far more successful than the few people who want Liberty. The bailouts provide great examples of government power running amuck.

As I see it, bailouts aren’t simply socialism. They’re theft by fraud for the reasons above and un-constitutional. They’re criminal, because of the theft; felonious because of the amount and tyrannical because they wrongly use government power against individuals. Bailouts strangle the basic tool needed to maintain Liberty which is an individual’s money. Most types of governments practice tyranny, some better than others. Of course the dream of tyrants is to eliminate money which is how it’s done under socialism, communism and theocracies. Unfortunately for tyrants, money is needed under Capitalism which is why Capitalism makes it very difficult but not impossible for tyrants to have their way.

The Liberty Bell cracked hundreds of years ago. Someone should have realized Liberty itself was under attack and shouted a warning — which is what this is.
