From Politico:
A Nevada judge ruled Thursday that Scott Ashjian’s name will remain on November’s ballot as a Tea Party candidate for Senate.
The Independent American Party, which is running a candidate of its own in the Nevada Senate race, had argued that Ashjian was registered as a Republican and not Tea Party when he filed to qualify for the ballot on March 2.
But Ashjian’s legal team had argued that after first registering to vote as a Republican, he returned to register with the Tea Party.
In its ruling Thursday, the court said Ashjian complied with state law in his filing.
I have for years opposed US support for Israel’s occupation of the West Bank and annexation of East Jerusalem. I have opposed America’s support of Israel since the early 1990s. In my opinion, Israel began losing the moral high ground in 1982 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sabra-Shatila_massacre), and finished losing it in 1993 when the PLO finally recognized “the right of the State of Israel to exist in peace and security”.

My take is (like Bootz and W. A. R.) that they are both a couple of 21st Century Kill Jocks.
Holtz’s position is relatively more antiwar than Cohen’s (for example, Cohen still supports the war in Iraq, whereas Holtz has opposed it since, I think, 2006). Cohen’s position is in some ways less pro-war than Dondero’s (that is, Cohen says he does not advocate war for its own sake, whereas Dondero says it makes men more manly).
And even Dondero is at least in some ways less pro-war than our Democratic president and leadership in Congress. For example, Dondero just recently said he believes the troops should be brought home now.
And Root’s position is much more antiwar than it was a few years ago.

You thought wrong. The vast majority of libertarians are not pacifists (IE, those that would never use force, even in self-defense).
There are a very small number of libertarians who are actual pacifists, and a larger minority of libertarians who support(ed) the current wars.
Most libertarians support the defensive use of force, but don’t believe the current wars are defensive in their nature, or otherwise justified.
