Two Constitution Party Gubernatorial Nominees Lead The Pack In Popular Vote Among Alternative Party Candidates

Constitution Party News via TPID:

Tom Tancredo’s American Constitution candidacy in Colorado won 620,632 votes. This total is far and away the top votal total for any candidate outside the Democrat or Republican Party. It appeared near the end that he might win the race. His total percentage nearly doubled his poll numbers when he entered the race. His race assured the American Constitution Party of Colorado major party status in that state. He received more than three times as many votes as his Republican opponent.

Receiving the second highest vote total of all of the “alternative party” candidates for Governor across the country was Chelene Nightingale in California. Nightingale, the Constitution Party endorsed American Independent nominee attracted, according to the California Secretary of State, 133,716 votes, or 1.7% of the total vote for the six candidates for Governor (the California results for Governor are amazingly still incomplete). To put this result in some perspective, Chelene won more than twice as many votes than the AIP nominee for Governor received four years ago, in 2006. She also, obviously, ran ahead of all of the other “alternative party” in California in this election. In recent years AIP candidates had generally placed well back in the crowd, or dead last, in Gubernatorial contests in California.

Note from Paulie: The full article from which this was taken has already been discussed on IPR at Constitution Party 2010 Election Highlights; this one just focuses on one aspect of the results.

Someone erase those 5 comments please. I don’t agree with Chelene on everything but she doesn’t deserve that. Go join your Ralph Nader criminal mastermind, whoever you are in comments 2 through 6.

Please Mr. Administrator…please protect my one remaining virgin ear….the bad man put something big and hard to my soft, wet, virgin ear, then I heard a pop, and I can’ t remember after that but now I’m all confused and dizzy and stuff….there is some blood and goo around my ear and my SAT score went down like 600 points from last week.

    Can you help me please?

I’ve erased them several times already, it’s definitely getting annoying.

I decided to let the “Gruandma” one stay this time though, it’s not graphic and may fall within the bounds of legitimate satire. What do you think?

  5. Allied Central Command

#2 MSP Chelene Nightingale [Constitution] is a polite and friendly person. I met her myself.

It seems like if the poster has some actual complaint about her, they’d try to post some actual facts…as far as I can tell, she’s just an everyday “peoples’ citizen” trying to access free speech and engage American democratic values as a conservative.

She is a very good speaker too. See the Free and Equal Foundation debate.

    Hey Allied Bitch

The real facts is I got video’s of her having the most perverted sex you never imagined possible with a whole zoo-full of animals. This video will be publicly posted 12.11.10 at 09:08:07 . This post will probably be erased like the others by that stupid censor cunt Paula but that is the facts, Jack.

I can believe you she is a good speaker, and a hell of a screamer too. After all her throat got loosened by horses, donkeys, bears, lions and tigers, oh my! And you can see it all on the web on 12.11.10 at 09:08:07. I know you’ll be there with your wee wee in one hand and your credit card in the other just like everyone else here including the hypocrite censor punk Paula and his little bitch Donna Gruandma AKA catholic trotskyite.

  7. Don Grundmann

” Hispanic Causin Panic “/Mark Seidenberg – Mark – You have no such video. You have been claiming to have it for months now if not more than a year. You simply are a very sick person attempting to smear Chelene through this assinine method which instead makes people realize not only that Chelene is in fact ” a polite and friendly person ” as noted above but also that you are exactly the monster and worse that I have been stating that you are. The race is over. Whitman, your candidate, lost. There is nothing to be gained by your stupid attacks against Chelene. They only show how sub-human you are. Of course you could prove me wrong and stop your attacks but I say that you don’t have the ability to do so. Your sickness must express itself in some way and this is one way that it does.

Yes I do got the video but you will have to wait until 12.11.10 at 09:08:07 like everyone else. I know you can’t wait to see it. My candidate is Jerry Brown, he won. eMeg is a WHORE just like your chelena-who-sucked-a-hyena. I am not Mark but I am a Marxist. But I am a Marxist who loves money while we still have it, and I know you can’t wait to give me some of your money to see the videos I have. Patience, patience! You will. 12.11.10 at 09:08:07 and not a second earlier, no matter how much you
    whine beg and plead!

    Gs up hos down playa!

  9. Catholic Trotskyist

You claimed that you would release the video before the election, moron. Noone believes you and this is getting people of many different political perspectives more interested and sympathetic towards Chelene. So just move on to something else already.

  10. Catholic Trotskyist

And as another Jerry Brown supporter on this site, I tell you that you are in no way helping him.
Has Meg Whitman ever met Chelene? That would be an interesting conversation; two right-wing women with different goals for humanity.

  11. King of Swing

    Gruandma/Trotskyist (nice alter ego BTW)

When did I claim I would release the video before the election, moron? Actually, I told you before the election it would come out on 12.11.10 at 09:08:07. And you don’t have to believe me now, because when the video will be out you will be shelling out your money to watch it just like every other trick who will make me rich.

Has Meg Whitman ever met Chelene? I don’t know, but if she has, it’s probably on a porno tape somewhere because they are two super nasty, freaky WHORES. Too bad I don’t have that video (yet!) If I ever get it…you bet your ass I will pimp the hell out of it just like I am going to pimp the Nightingale zoo tapes.

I got a question though, if eMeg and Chelene have sex with each other does it count as bestiality? LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

  12. Don Grundmann

Mark – You are a very sick rodent. Yet I am happy about that because A) there but for the Grace of God go I. I could have, but for the Grace of God, been damned like you; and B) you will have eternity in hell to enjoy your sickness. It will be well deserved . So go ahead and continue your pathetic rantings. You are a liar now just as you have always been a liar. You are a coward now as you have always been a coward. You are sick now as you have always been, and will always be, sick. You simply continue to demonstrate exactly what I have said about you all along.

This is my first posting under “Two Constitution
    Party Gubernatorial Nominees…”

First the national affiliate “America’s Independent Party” backed Tom Tancredo for
    Governor of Colorado.

Both the AIP Convention of 2010 and State Central Committee did not have a candidate
running for the party in California as Governor
    nor Lt. Governor.

Please note in Alpine County, CA Nightingale came in dead last among the six running for
governor. An Alan Keyes supporter got the
word out about Nightingale, so she only got
one vote in the whole county.

TO: Cody, Ed Noonan enjoys the banana nut
bread made by an AIP contact in Alpine County.

Don Grundmann has not been on the National
Committee or State Central Committee of the
American Independendent Party since September 2, 2008. He holds no offices in the
AIP. The 2006 – 2008 Chairman of the American Independent Party, viz., Ed Noonan
removed Don Grundmann as an Area Director
of the AIP, early in 2008,

One check with Patrick Colglazier, Chairman of
the Alameda County Central Committee, will
note that Don Grundmann is not on a member
of any county central committee within the
    AIP.

Grundmann is not anything to the AIP. He is
long gone, but he just calls himself by a false
    title.

    Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman,
    American Independent Party, affiliated with
the America’s Independent Party since June,
    2008.

  14. not mark

Don Grundamn is posting the obscene posts so he can try and blame mark Seidenberg, its apparent isn’t it. he hates him so much trying to pin stuff on him, Don Grundman is the one posting about chelene and porno. He is the sick one here. Its evident.

  15. Deran

Jaysus christ, you far right kids are as bad as stalinists in your slanders and name calling. you all are never going to get anywhere with that sort of public bitching. Maybe Tancredo and his supporters can clean out the crazies.

  16. Cody Quirk

First the national affiliate “America’s Independent Party” backed Tom Tancredo for
    Governor of Colorado.

= Only because Maes didn’t stand a chance, and Tancredo was still a CP candidate.

Both the AIP Convention of 2010 and State Central Committee did not have a candidate
running for the party in California as Governor
    nor Lt. Governor.

= Funny, Jim King was still listed as the AIP candidate for Lt. Governor on the ballot.
Unless its a Presidential race, the voters in a party’s primary ultimately are the final judge of who will be the official candidate for that party.

Please note in Alpine County, CA Nightingale came in dead last among the six running for
governor. An Alan Keyes supporter got the
word out about Nightingale, so she only got
one vote in the whole county.

=Yet you had 57 other counties where she didn’t.
Also note that Alpine county is extremely liberal and also voted against Prop 8 in the 2008 elections. I wouldn’t champion this county if I were you, Mark.

TO: Cody, Ed Noonan enjoys the banana nut
bread made by an AIP contact in Alpine County.

= That actually makes me hate that incompetent apostate even more; I hate banana nut bread.

Listen you perverted sick moron, I’m not Don Grundman. I really am a Catholic Trotskyist currently supporting the Democratic Party. I do have alter egos on this site, but I haven’t used them for a long time, and I have never posted under my full real name. Grundman’s opinion about me is that I’m not quite as sick as Seidenberg and Lake, but not quite correct politically either; he tends to ignore me and Milnes most of the time. You clearly don’t care about politics and just want to ruin this site and get the moderators to end our open discussion policy.

R., the Trotskyist party i run is different from other Trotskyist parties because it’s socially conservative for the most part. But if you are interested in that, I welcome your support.

  19. Catholic Trotskyist

King of swing etc. I bet your the same person who made similar posts about some Libertarian Party petitioners last year. You’re probably someone who has some sort of dispute with the site’s owner and just wants to get rid of this site in general.

  20. MP James Ogle [Free Parliamentary]

Thank you Paulie, if King of Swing is who I think they are, I’m sure they will appreciate the funny gesture.

I know you are such a higher up in Libertarian Party affairs as moderator, so will you please allow my past posting handles, Single Winner Districts = Neanderthal Attractor and Allied Central Command to continue?

Considering how much emphasis Libertarians put on the word liberty, their readiness to censor ideas is quite paradoxical.

I know you are such a higher up in Libertarian Party affairs as moderator,

    You “know” wrong.

I’m not any kind of moderator in Libertarian affairs, and presently hold no position in the party. I have been on my state executive committee a few times, including up until last month as an At Large Rep at the state level.

IPR is not Libertarian or libertarian, although many Libertarians including myself spend time here.

Also, keeping out spam is not censorship. Censorship is something that the government does. Setting rules on private property is something that property owners do, and there is nothing that conflicts between rules on private property and libertarianism.

That being said, IPR is not my property and I don’t set the rules here, and whether your posts are spam is a definitional issue on which people can reasonably disagree.

As one of the 20 or so now IPR writers, I have the power to zap spam, but most of the time I just leave that up to the automated filter and try to let people post whatever they want. However, there are egregious cases which have to be removed for the benefit of everyone here. Many of King of Swing’s more graphic posts fall in that category. Whether yours do as well is not as clear.

In a few days, I’ll have a lot less time to be on here, so it will mostly be up to other people to decide, not me.

You should report more on Dale Ogden Libertarian For governor CA! He won in third palce 2 major cities in CA He came in third In Los Angeles and orange county, beating nightingale for the third spot. Those are major cities to win and come in third. He came in with almost 140,000 when the dust settled. Only 10,000 behind Nightingale, and he barely campaigned. Doesn’t that tell you something. Good for Dale be proud he WON Los angeles and orange county, for the minor party candidates woot woot

  23. Single Winner District = Neanderthal Attractor

    #26

MSP Dale Ogden [Libertarian] is a true fighter and a true American. (MSP=elected member of super-state parliament)

I remember when he was running for California Governor, it only ended earlier this month, and the USA Parliament, Inc. had reached out to him via email and phone calls to participate in our operation. He was the first individual to participate (step a foot on the beach), of the 42 names for state office in California, in 2010.

He was so cool, he ranked almost all 42 names of candidates for state office (except the Peace and Freedoms) and demonstrated to all others how easy it is to elect the team of seven candidates for state office.

Later when the others began to vote, there was a tie which had to be broken between MSP Diane Templin [American Independent] and MSP Laura Wells [Green], and he was too busy campaigning to vote again in the “Coalition of Seven” election again to help break the tie…so we went with MSP Chelene Nightingale [Constitution] who wasn’t too busy, and who received the most tics.

If you want to see the actual records, check out The USA Parliament, Inc.’s forum, where the actual “eballots” are kept posted as proof.

We also have opened up the forum, so new people can post comments and ideas.

The ruling coalition has voted thus improving the rules, to continue the election of “The Coalition of Seven”, right on through 2014.

= He still failed to come in third statewide, and the fact that the LP usually gets third place in most California Gubernatorial races except for this year shows a poorer performance for the LP and a better one for the AIP.

  25. paulie Post author

    LP for CA gov

    1998-4th
    2002-4th
    2006 -4th
    2010 – 4th

Last time LP came in 3rd for Gov of Cal was 1994. In 1998, 2002 and 2006 Greens came in 3rd.

  26. Cody Quirk

The AIP came in 6th place in 1998, in 5th in 2002, and in 6th place again in 2006; they did worse then the Libertarians in those years. The LP Gubernatorial candidate for 1994 came in third place.

  27. paulie Post author

Correct. LP came in 3rd from 1982 through 1994. Also 1978, although technically Clark was on as an independent, but he was an LP member. The last time AIP came in 3rd before this year was 1974, when the Greens did not exist and the LP was a write-in.

  28. Davi Rodrigues

I’m sorry to have to say this, but because the percentages that the third parties get are so low, it is akin to the special olympics.
We can sit around bantering about who did better than the other, but the facts are that here in California, and in the national arena, third parties are considered the retards of politics.
We only compete against each other.

  29. Cody Quirk

Correct. LP came in 3rd from 1982 through 1994. Also 1978, although technically Clark was on as an independent, but he was an LP member. The last time AIP came in 3rd before this year was 1974, when the Greens did not exist and the LP was a write-in.

We can sit around bantering about who did better than the other, but the facts are that here in California, and in the national arena, third parties are considered the retards of politics.

= Yeah but Chelene still got third place, plus third parties are winning in the local levels; the LP and the Greens are conquering that field and the CP is starting to catch up, and the time will come to where you will eat your words.
The two-party system isn’t as entrenched as it used to be.

  31. Catholic Trotskyist

Davi is correct. we need something like USA Parliament, the end of single-member districts, and runoff elections for governors and President, to truly break the two-party systems. Single-member districts are even causing problems in Canada and Britain where third parties have moved into some power a bit.

  32. Cody Quirk

runoff elections? You actually think that will help third parties?!

I admit I sometimes wonder if we should switch to having elections done by proportional representation instead to solve the problem.

But I think that we simply need to educate the populace and wake them up to stop voting for either political party, besides- America had a multi party system in congress before the civil war.

  33. Mark Seidenberg

    Cody Quirk,

On January 3, 2012, the America’s Independent Party will pick who is running for President. My
choice as for now is still Dr. Alan Keyes.

As to your post # 36, I have lived in other states
other than California, viz., Virginia, North Carolina, and LA. Please stop using the term
“Civil War”. It was not a “civil war”, the event
was one soverign state armed forces in another
soverign state. Call it the Wars Between The States. The event was no a war carried on
between opposing citizens of the same state.

Now to the events where you live, Carson City.

Carson City was formerly Carsonville. It was
the County Seat of a California County. Then
the Federal Goverment stole part of California
and made it Utah Territory. They did the same
with Yuma, California. Remember William Ide
was President of the California Republic. It was
recognized as a sovern country by one nation
only, viz., Kamehameha III of Hawai’i.

    Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg

  34. paulie Post author

runoff elections? You actually think that will help third parties?!

Probably, yeah. I helps somewhat in Georgia, but not as much as it could since a lot of people don’t know about it – they are more used to the nationwide propaganda about “wasted votes.”

  35. paulie Post author

Which means the AIP did better then the Libertarians in the California Gubernatorial race- end of discussion.

We started off with that premise. The question was raised in the comments about the LP.

  36. paulie Post author

third parties are winning in the local levels

Some mayors and state legislators here and there. A few Governors every once in a while, like Ventura. Greens got a state legislator in Maine elected as an independent this time, and another one in Mass running under the Green label got 45%. Tancredo ran a competitive race as Constitution Party for Governor, the Republicans were the third party there. Greens are bigger than Republicans in DC, although neither one is very big compared to Democrats.

he time will come to where you will eat your words.

    Quite possibly.

  37. paulie Post author

I admit I sometimes wonder if we should switch to having elections done by proportional representation instead to solve the problem.

It would help, although it doesn’t seem likely any time soon.

America had a multi party system in congress before the civil war.

There were also no secret or printed ballots and thus no ballot access barriers.

  38. Davi Rodrigues

“= Yeah but Chelene still got third place, plus third parties are winning in the local levels; the LP and the Greens are conquering that field and the CP is starting to catch up, and the time will come to where you will eat your words.
The two-party system isn’t as entrenched as it used to be”

The only thing that matters is first place. when the numbers are that low, third place is a misnomer, as is everything below it. The third parties are more like grade school sports games, whereby we are all considered “winners”, and everyone gets a trophy.
And quite the opposite on that entrenchment thing. The big two are using defectors to third parties to their advantage. The TEA party, although wishfully independent, were repubs in spirit and history. Greens and peace and freedom were dems. Libs were probably the only more solidly in a class of their own, but still useless in number
Most of the above, save for many libs, would go crawling willingly back to their respective parent parties. Many did during this election, and will do so again

I may have only been here for around a year, but I haven’t had to eat any of my words yet.

Independents went over whelmingly to Jerry Brown. Read the stats in the paper. With prop 14 the third party movement is going to really be uphill. The top will will procede, after a long list of people running (you don’t even have to have a party affliation). Come next election. Look CA is democrat expeically when they feel like coming out to the polls…(obama, Brown) the democrats out number all the others. Meg did get well over 4 million votes Brown in the end got over 5 million so about 10 million people came out for the election. Nightingale appeals to a far far right fringing religious, anti-goverment group. The tea-parties didn’t back her. Some people “in” tea parties” voted for her, but when you look at the maops with SOS election, I was amazed to see Dale Ogden WON LOS ANGELES And orange county FOR THIRD PARTY win. Dale got more votes than nightingale in those 2 counties. Also in some minor counties as well. Dale didn’t campaign hardly at all. hE ONLY CAME IN 10,000 votes less than nightingale. he got close to 140,000. Laura wells Green got almost 100,000. So nightingale not even getting 2% when it was touted by her campaign that she had 20% is what makes people chide her, because clearly she and her followers were living in magical mystery land. Just a blip blip blip and next time, because many people and the media got wind of her (9-11 truther birther, end the fed jazz) wrote her off right away. I saw an interview on fox 11 news and the anchor ripped her to shred. seriously you notice they never mention that interview on her website. The anchor simply asked “So what makes you qualify to be governor?” her response was “Because I am an American” (I swear she said this the anchor had this look of “really, I can’t believe you just said that” She looked paniced at being called on her “resume” or lack there of. He then started to rip on her stances of a part time legislature, he said” You realize we are the 8th largest economy in the world and you want a part-time legislature? Nightingale just looked like a deer in the head lights when faces with crucial questions, the interviewed ended with the anchor quickly saying, well, um thank you. It was the most uncomfortable interviews I have seen. Her people emailed this station begging to get her on, and “the magical thinking” schtick, that her and her supporters try to throw out there failed. Anywho, John and ken called her and her followers lunatics, on air…I heard on the radio. So, she can keep running and getting her same fringers, just like those others that are vainty candidates and think they are making a difference. Its all done for theor own vanity. have a good one! 🙂

  45. paulie Post author

With prop 14 the third party movement is going to really be uphill.

Hopefully Prop 14 will get thrown out by the courts, like the other Prop 14 was back in the ’60s.

  46. not mark

paulie the voters voted on it, why should it get thrown out We the people blah blah…..WE voted for it!!

  47. paulie Post author

The voters can’t vote away our fundamental civil rights. That’s what the courts decided about the other prop 14 back in the ’60s

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California_Proposition_14_%281963%29

California Proposition 14 was a 1964 ballot proposition that amended the California state constitution, nullifying the Rumford Fair Housing Act. Proposition 14 was declared unconstitutional by the California Supreme Court in 1966. The decision of the California Supreme Court was affirmed by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1967 in Reitman v. Mulkey.

Hopefully that is exactly what will happen with this new Prop 14, it takes away fundamental civil rights from those of us who are not Democrats and Republicans and oppose voting for Democrats and Republicans.

Look if third parties don’t get in the top two, that their problem. Either they rise to the occasion, or don’t compete. I find it unfair that third parties get this “affirmative action” ballot designation. Dale ogden just had to show up he didn’t even have a primary opponent. Nightingale didn’t have to go through a hard primary with 15 others like dems and reps She only had one other opposing AIP chairman Robinson. The third parties should have to compete just like the TOP TWO. Because they seem to get disabled parking (so to speak) they get to show up and park right up front . And, I have noticed that disgruntled reps, find it easy to run to a third party to run when they don’t get a nomination with their own party, without any regard for the what the “third party” they run to their idealogy etc…are. They hijack the party for their own selfish run. Robinson has said, that Nightingale did this with the AIP. She did not follow the party’s idealogy and just used it as an easy ballot designation. I als0 saw a long time libertarian, this year, suddenly switch to DEMOCRAT, because he got tired of losing being a libertarian. And the stances for those parties, have huge disparities. So how pure are these so called third parties when they take anyone and everyone that wishes to have a run without really being vetted or qualified. Its become a joke if you ask me.

    Bullshit. It’s all our problem.

I find it more than just unfair that prop 14 gives “affirmative action” to the duopoly. We need more choices, more voices!

It must, can and should be thrown out by the courts

No, the state should stop paying for primaries completely, make the Democrats and Republicans pick their candidates in their own conventions that they pay for, just like the other parties.

  51. not mark

Paulie, the prop 14 ballot is not saying that Third parties can’t compete it merely says all people and parties will be on one ballot at the primary then the top 2 move forward. See what I mean, you want third parties to get some sort of ‘AFFIRMATIVE action” for ballot designation. If they are that minor that they can’t compete then they better step it up, or quit wasting time. btw, I don’t think discriminating with the prop 14 you speak of (fairhousing for blacks) and Prop 14 ballot proposal that passed as even being in the same fruit basket. Its apples and oranges. Third parties should not get a free pass because……??? You tell me why? Because they are inconsequential? because they are a minority? Surely you jest. This isn’t about descriminating over a race. Seriously? In my view this prop 14 the people passed will actually make it more fair for all people, because you won’t even have to run under a party label. Thus more moderates or more far right or whomever can get an equal shot. Okay under your presumption paulie, third parties egt a bum rap. Also, under your way of thinking CA is descriminating against all people that aren’t DEMOCRAT because there are more Democrats!! See what I am saying. If third parties can’t garner enough people, thats their own fault. The voters vote, if thirds what to be more viable they better step it up.

False, you want the duopoly (D/R-oids) to get affirmative action by getting their own round where they don’t have to compete with anyone else.

btw, I don?t think discriminating with the prop 14 you speak of (fairhousing for blacks) and Prop 14 ballot proposal that passed as even being in the same fruit basket. Its apples and oranges.

True, the new Prop 14 is actually much worse than the old one.

In my view this prop 14 the people passed will actually make it more fair for all people, because you won?t even have to run under a party label.

What’s fair about denying us the right to use our label to identify our candidates?

Once again…here’s hoping Abel’s Abomination is thrown out by the courts, never to be seen or heard again.

I read an article from the AIP that told a writer that nightingale co-oped the AIP for her own personal agenda. I don’t know the AIP’s full, in detail stances, I know that Markham robinson made this comment, and he has been with the party Far longer than nightingale who only attached to this party within the last 2 years. How about the hijacking from say republicans that run on a third party ticket because of ‘sour grapes?” They just need a party ballot designation and want to be on the ballot either as a spoiler or because they are mad at not ebing nominated. Third parties then become a vehicle, very easily steered for possible vindictive or malicious intent, and the third parties just sort of lay there like a hooker, and say “have at it, where just happy you’re here”

  54. not mark

You know how many people I saw on FB commenting to Nightingale that NEXT TIME she should run as a republican, so she can get more money and more face time. ??? que??? see these people don’t believe in the “party AIP” which most never even heard of. They just wanted nightingale to get elected. I think not having to have a party works well. Especially where you have more than 50% of americans saying they don’t even relate to any party! The No party party….. its coming, but it will take time because of how legislature run and side with “their” party. You have to vote with one side or another or abstain., like I read Ron paul does quite frequently. Why run for an office if you are going to refuse to vote on stuff. You are a moot point. Yes (obama) iread also abstainde from voting on issues) I see parties becoming less and less important maybe in 20 years there might be a turn of the tides, Hopefully I won’t be dead, but then again hopefully I will. :0

    That tells me nothing whatsoever.

If she allegedly deviates from the party’s ideology, I want to know how exactly.

Which issues? Which actions or statements contradict which platform planks?

If you don’t know, let someone who does know answer.

= You make as much sense as Don Lake.

And its ironic that the same Markham Robinson worked with other people new to the AIP to usurp and then kick out members of the AIP that have been in the Party for decades- like the secret meeting they had to disaffiliate from the Constitution Party.

You can praise Ogden, but the fact is that he didn’t perform as well as the other LP candidates for Governor from the past elections and Chelene still beat him for third place.

  57. Cody Quirk

The top-two system is horrible and quite fascistic, but at least it won’t be coming anytime soon to Nevada or most other states.

California is almost a lost cause for both the Libertarian & Constitutionalist crowds- that state is already past the point of no return in heading towards left-wing totalitarianism.

  58. not mark

well, I am sure Mark seidenberg will chime in maybe he knows the incidentals. I just think people don’t relate to any party. There really is no party purity anymore. And maybe that is a good thing. Can anyone really say they follow lock step with any party? Its like cafeteria catholics, they pick and choose which things they want to follow the rest they don’t. Even with democrats some are right leaning, vise versa, like the interpetation of the bible, some people choose to co-op the bible to mean “what they want it to mean. Just my opinion.

    Hi “not mark” –

you realize, I assume, that Markham Robinson was Nightingale’s opponent in the primary. First, I’d take anything a political opponent says with a grain of salt. Second, she beat him pretty handily, so the members of the AIP in CA who cared enough to participate must have thought her ideology was acceptable.

  61. Cody Quirk

‘not mark’ and ‘not not don’ certainly are, and especially Don Lake, who may have posted under both names above.

  62. paulie Post author

There is no evidence that Don Lake, Don Grundmann or Mark Seidenberg have ever posted under any of those names; as far as I can tell all of their posts have been signed in a clearly recognizable fashion. As to whether they act in a manner that is mature, sane and rational, readers can draw their own conclusions. All I can say is I think they should be more kind to each other.

Davi was actually addressing some graphic comments that I erased yet again which were previously posted under the names “Hispanic Causin Panic” and “King of Swing,” this time they were posted under the names “not mark,” “not don,” “not mark not don,” “not not mark,” “not not don,” “not not not mark,” “not not not not mark” and “not not not not not mark.”

Comparing those comments to those of a slightly retarded 14 year old is not fair to most slightly retarded 14 year olds.

You are a failed Republican/ADL/SPLC mole/traitor.

  66. Mark Seidenberg

    Warning!

Don Grundmann is again out with disinformation. I is not now nor ever has been the Chairman of the American Independent Party. The American Independent Party has never been a branch
    of the Constitution Party.

Dr. Don Grundmann last day on the National
Committee and State Central Committee of the
    American Independent Party was September
2, 2008. Grundmann needs to got out of his
    time warp.

On June 27, 2008, the State Central Committee of the American Independent
Party affiliated with the America’s Independent Party of Fenton, Michigan.
The Constitution Party is past history to the
AIP. In early 2008, Ed Noonan (then Chairman of the AIP) removed Don Grundmann from the office as an AIP Area Director.

Don Grundmann was a delegate at the AIP
2008 state convention [held at the CA Secretary of State Building] on July 5,
2008 in Sacramento, CA. He was seated at
that convention as a delegate, because he was
elected to a two years term on September 3,
2006 on the AIP National Committee.

That was the convention that Dr. Alan Keyes and Dr. Wiley Drake were elected to be the AIP
party choice for the ticket on the ballot in California of November, 2008 for President and Vice President of these United States.

Don Grundmann need to get out of his time warp and move on. He formed a new political
body called the Constitution Party of California and claims the chairmanship with a
total registration of 163. The electorial registration of AIP is 413,032

    Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman,
    American Independent Party

    Mr. Seidenberg, perhaps you or one of your A’sIP friends will answer this time;

Mr. Seidenberg has once again failed to explain what is better about the America’s Independent Party platform than the Constitution Party platform in his opinion.

Would anyone who thinks the America’s Independent Party platform is better than the Constitution Party platform explain why they think so?

Note that this question is only directed to those who think the America’s Independent Party platform is better than the Constitution Party platform, not those who have the opposite view or hold no opinion in the matter.

If you don’t think the America’s Independent Party platform is better than the Constitution Party platform, please do not reply to my query but leave it for someone who does think so to answer.

= But she still got third place statewide and did especially well in Inyo County and other parts of eastern California.
Why do you champion a County that voted against Prop. 8 and also is heavily Democratic? especially when Alpine went for Jerry Brown too.

  69. Cody Quirk

Another funny thing- Chelene also came in third place in Yuba and Solano Counties. Isn’t that where Ed Noonan and Markham are at?

  70. MMP James Ogle [Free Parliamentary]

The psychological inertia of the establishment media is what’s driving the results. The general sway of third parties is to fight amongst themselves and to see themselves as the “one answer”.

If we could get candidates who want to work as a team, then maybe the psychology will change.

But both sides are single winner district power grabber egotists. As soon as people start putting any energy into working for the good of the all, I think this will all change.

True, MSP Robinson [American Independent] and Ed Noonan were not exactly coordinating for the good of the all.

But then, Prime Minister Nightingale [Constitution] and Prime Minister Grundmann [Constitution] have done very little themselves.

Other than rank a few names for Prime Minister in the Central California Mini-state Parliament,

Of course they don’t exist just as your picture ( except via your attempts at photoshopping ) doesn’t exist just as the so-called evidence of one of the REAL AIP candidates being involved in child molestation doesn’t exist just as ” verification by the webmaster ” doesn’t exist. Nothing but lies; the usual standard for Mark Seidenberg, ADL agent, SPLC agent, and enemy of humanity.

Don J. Grundmann, D.C. Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party

  74. former CPer

Don just shut up. You live such a closeted life, you have no idea what happens in the REAL WORLD. Someone was convicted of molesting their children, in the 80’s I know this. This person, was in your “crowd” of patriots. You don’t know any of these people that stepped up, to be in the CP. You just drank their koolaid, etc. Those that know these people in their personal life, know their true character. You know someone casually for 2 years and you think you can be a good judge. YOU were friends with Mark Seindenberg and Robinson were you not? For many years you belonged to the AIP with them. Now you have turned on them. (Guess you didn;’t know them as well as you thought) same goes for Nightingale and others. These people have pasts that of course they do not want to convey. Trust the people that know them “personally” know their relatives WE know the real deal. So kiss off Don G live in your fantasy world.

  75. Don Grundmann

former CPer – Mark, A) can’t you have the guts to stop writing under all of these fake names?? It is unbelieveable what a coward you are. Yes, I knew you and Mark Robinson for some time before you betrayed the AIP and I must give both of you credit for being excellent liars. I must also confess that I was naive and did not consider that you were both moles sent into the AIP in order to destroy the Constitution Party and the conservative movement in service to your Republican, ADL, and SPLC controllers/masters. I now obviously know better. And I did not ” turn on you.” I have simply exposed both of you for the liars, traitors, cowards, and enemies of the nation and humanity that you are. B) No one in the REAL AIP was convicted of molesting their children. No one was even tried for the offense nor even accused of the offense. So, once again – yawn – as always, you lie. In total contrast you, as an agent of the ADL and the SPLC, are supporting the greatest pushers of homosexuality into our schools. It is you who are supporting the attack of perversion and sickness upon the children of our nation. The molestation of children is supported, endorsed, and cultivated by your own organizations.
