Randall Terry to Challenge Obama in Democrat Primary

OK, I know this isn’t technically a third party story, but I think it will be of interest to a lot of people with alternative party sympathies (as primary challenges of incumbents often are) because it has to do with a quixotic challenger who is outside the normal two party mainstream challenging the established candidate.

Randall Terry, of Operation Rescue fame, is going to challenge Barack Obama in the Democrat primary. See his announcement here.

He plans to run an add depicting aborted babies during the 2012 Super Bowl.

Two rationale on mentioning the corrupt Democans and Republicrats:

remind us of the inbred establishment corruption

review the features of the enemy

————- and for those other than the three I have contacted personally, my snide remarks on ‘Opeach Obama’ as ‘my Yokohama Momma’:

“Obama means “little beach” in Japanese.[1] In the Ritsury? period, Obama was the capital of Wakasa Province, one of entrance of continental culture. Many temples related to the Yamato Dynasty are located in Obama, and the city is called “Nara by the sea”.

In the Edo period, Obama was the capital of the Obama Domain and was the starting point of the Mackerel Road ……..

As a result of its location in the Wakasa Province area, which travelers passed through when traveling between China and Kyoto ……..”

” If the AIP has ballot access in 30 states and runs someone like Randall Terry or Roy Moore then support it.”

Response : Timothy – The state recognized faction of the AIP is a criminal organization which gained their position by deliberately filing fake documents with the Secretary of State office. Even if their patrons/masters/controllers of the ADL and the SPLC were to shell out enough money to gain ballot access in many states ( an extremely unlikely possibility ) they would still be an organization founded on, controlled by, and dedicated to A) total corruption, and B) the destruction of the 3rd party conservative movement in our nation at a minimum and the entire conservative movement at a maximum; i.e.; they ( the Robinson Crime Syndicate faction of the AIP ) are a fake conservative party which is controlled by the opposition. Their purposes are 1) to destroy the conservative/patriot movement, and 2) make as much money at it as they can such as by auctioning off the Presidential ballot line of the AIP to the highest bidder. Honorable people such as Judge Moore or Randall Terry will have nothing to do with a criminal organization/syndicate such as now controls the state recognized faction of the AIP.

Well first we have to see how well he does in the Democratic Primary. If he loses the primary I will see who the Republican nominee is. If the nominee of the Republican Party is someone terrible like John McCain then I might consider voting for a third party. However I would prefer to vote for a third party that has ballot access in over 30 states such as the Constitution Party or the LP. If the AIP has ballot access in 30 states and runs someone like Randall Terry or Roy Moore then support it.

Mark – Randall Terry will never run as an AIP candidate. Once I inform him of your criminality, your work as a domestic espionage agent of his enemies of the ADL and the SPLC, and of the crimes of the Robinson Crime Syndicate, for which you are the ” bag-man,” there is no way he will work with you as for him to do so would be the equivalent of working with an organization of foaming-at-the-mouth abortion lovers.

Would you change your mind if Randell Terry
would also run in the February 7, 2012 election
of the American Independent Party (California)?
That would be a third party connection!

    Timothy Yung,

If after the meetings on June 25 – 26, 2011, the
American Independent Party’s National Committee goes national again (as circa pre-
US Taxpayers Party of 1992) and Randell
Terry runs for the AIP spot, would you register
    AIP?

    Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg,
    Vice Chairman, American Independent Party

If Randall Terry wins I will change my party reg. to Democrat.

It reminds me of Larry Flynt’s “run”…the establishment were shaking in their boots, because he could have had “fully loaded porn” included in his commercials…and they couldn’t stop him…LOL

“And, it happens so much, it would be difficult to determine what is worthy and what is not…”

Actually, ideologically motivated primary challenges of incumbents, such as Toomey challenging Specter, don’t happen that often. That more have happen recently is evidence of increased restiveness among the base.

But I don’t really consider Terry’s campaign as much an “ideologically motivated primary challenge” as it is a stunt.

Now if someone like Van Jones or Dennis Kucinich challenged Obama from the left, that would be an interesting dilemma.

In general I agree with paulie in #1.

  9. Kimberly Wilder January 31, 2011

Yeah. I am not sure we should ever write about major party challengers if the challenger has no third party connection. It is just really not our focus. And, it happens so much, it would be difficult to determine what is worthy and what is not…

    My opinion.

(And, I think I have gotten scolded before when my stories don’t fit the “third party/independent” mold…even when they did kind of fit the mold.)

  10. paulie January 31, 2011

I don’t have a problem with an occasional story about anti-establishment challengers in the big box party primaries, but like international stories, I don’t think they should be a frequent focus here.

    Does everyone agree?
