“Of course we were all afraid, and we didn’t know what had actually happened. But when I was given those talking points that said I should go out and tell my 630,000 constituents that we were hit because we are free, as a black person in the United States, I knew that wasn’t the truth. As a person who has understood the workings of the Counter Intelligence Program [an FBI operation debuted in 1956 to spy on and infiltrate the African-American community], I understood that wasn’t the truth,” McKinney told the crowd.

McKinney went on to talk about the manipulation of what [Canadian Prime Minister Stephen] Harper would define three days later as democratic values: freedom, human rights, and the rule of the law…

    Thank You Cynthia.

So what is Wayne Roots position on September 11? Probably that Obama did it because he is a Muslim.

    LOL

I don’t think so, but that was funny.

Can you find some people to argue 9/11 with Holtz?

I have other priorities, but I’d like someone to give him a good workout.

Happy to work with you on that. As an aside, I spoke at the Sept 11 rally at the Capitol in St Paul.

In my speech, I called for an independent investigation and then if and when Dick Cheney, Pearle and the rest were found guilty, that they should be hung from lamp posts in DC. Later I called for them to be “Mussolinied” if found guilty.

Everyone I talked to said it was my best speech yet.

I also called the media “enemies of an informed public and by extension the enemies of democracy itself.”

The main focus of my speech was the attempts to silence, suppress and marginalize voices of dissent in this country.

But since I am so shy about my opinions…….

    grin

Thanks Paulie for allowing free speech here.
