Free & Equal: Jesse Ventura To Speak At United We Stand Festival

LITTLE ROCK, AR – The Free & Equal Elections Foundation has announced that Jesse Ventura has confirmed to speak at the United We Stand Festival, to be held at the Verizon Arena in Little Rock, Arkansas, on Saturday, June 22nd from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Jesse Ventura

Ventura’s campaign slogan was ‘no more politics as usual’ and Free & Equal agrees that time is now.

Christina Tobin, Founder and President of Free & Equal, appeared on InfoWars Nightly News to announce Jesse Ventura’s participation in the UWS Festival. See the full Prison Planet TV interview on the Alex Jones Show here.

Jesse Ventura is a former professional wrestler, actor, and veteran who served as Governor of Minnesota from 1999 to 2003. Ventura credits his achievement of making it into the televised debates – the only third-party candidate to do so – as crucial to his electoral success. Jesse Ventura’s incredible story shows the youth that with the help of Free & Equal State Caucus leaders across the map, grassroots candidates can also win if they run in 2014.

Ventura’s campaign slogan was ‘no more politics as usual’ and Free & Equal agrees that time is now. Free & Equal believes honest, open discussion, even of controversial topics, is critical to its mission. Fear and anger are tactics of division and only weaken the power of the people.

Other notable speakers to appear at this summer’s United We Stand Festival include former Independent Presidential candidate Ralph Nader (via Larry King’s Ora TV), media personalities Ben Swann andJosh Tolley, President of Gun Owners of America Larry Pratt, comedian Elizabeth Imus-Zero, Emmy Award-winning whistleblower and former CNN reporter Amber LyonDan Johnson, 19 year-old Founder of People Against the National Defense Authorization Act (PANDAA), and Sheriff Richard Mack, former sheriff of Graham County, AZ and advocate of State and individual rights.

Good development. I hope all the invited speakers accept the invitations! I might be making a trip down to Little Rock to see this. Depends on how finances are in my family.

    Cool addition to this event.

I wonder why Little Rock, Arkansas was chosen as the place for this event to take place. Nothing against Little Rock, I’ve been there and it’s a decent place. I’m just surprised that this event is not taking place in a major city like Chicago or Dallas or Austin or Denver or Nashville or some other city that has a population of 500,000 or more people. Little Rock only has around 199,000 people. It is the largest city in Arkansas, but not really a major city compared to the rest of the country.

I believe Little Rock was chosen by the Arkansas State Caucus of Free and Equal. They organized and are hosting the event. So maybe the question should be, why aren’t more people joining Free and Equal and organizing similar events in their states?

    Andy @ 2:

Little Rock was probably chosen because it is a capitol city with a ballot access bill in the legislature. Chicago and Dallas are not capitol cities. Austin and Denver do not have ballot access bills this year.

Nashville does have a ballot bill, but is a major media market that sees super stars on the street daily and would not likely be impressed with a rally with the stars mentioned.

    Just my 2¢.

    PEACE

Andy, I believe it is because of Rodger Paxton’s and his wife Jessica’s connections with Free and Equal. Jessica Paxton is on the board of directors of the organization.

This is probably the real reason. Kudos to them for helping to put together a cool event.

#4, there is no ballot access bill in Arkansas, unfortunately. The Green Party elected a state legislator in 2012 and he wouldn’t introduce such a bill.

A few years ago when the Green Party elected a state legislator, that legislator introduced a bill which extended the petition circulation period from 60 days to 90 days (it had previously been 6 months) for minor party and independent candidates and it passed. Unfortunately for the Greens this legislator switched to Democrat while still serving the term for which they had been elected as a Green.

Wow. I never thought there would be a day where I wanted to be in Little Rock. This sounds like an amazing event.

Jesse Ventura is a liar, cheat, and briber. He defrauded the people of Minnesota to become Governor by lying about being a Navy SEAL He was not a SEAL, never in Vietnam, never in combat. He does not have the Combat Action Ribbon. He was a storekeeper on a ship that passed the Vietnam coastline so he was entitled to the Vietnam Service Medal. No big deal there.
Ventura bribed a guy during the primary election in the summer of 1998 and when complaints were filed against him he bribed officials to fix the investigation. This is all documented in my expose’ book, ALWAYS CHEAT The Philosophy of Jesse Ventura. The release of my book in the spring of 2002 cancelled Ventura’s plans to run for a second term as Minnesota Governor. Contact me for a complimentary book or get one from Amazon.com

P.S. Why does Alex Jones keep lying about Ventura being a SEAL?
