Constitution Party of Wisconsin Convention Delegates Pass Anti-Communist/Morality Resolution at the 2013 State Convention

Morality, Not Socialism, Strengthens A Nation.
April 6, 2013

WHEREAS, George Washington stated, “Religion and morality are indispensable supports for political prosperity.” William Penn stated, “If men will not be governed by God, then they will be ruled by tyrants.” and Samuel Adams stated, “While the people are virtuous they cannot be subdued; but once they lose their virtue they will be ready to surrender their liberties to the first external or internal invader,” and

WHEREAS, It is almost impossible for Americans under forty years old to remember an America that wasn’t drug crazed and sex-obsessed, and it is appropriate for CPoW remind younger generations that, the Chinese general, Sun Tzu, said, in order to conquer a nation, you must first demoralize it. Joseph Stalin said, “America is like a healthy body and its resistance is three-fold: its patriotism, its morality, its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within.” Nikolai Lenin said, “We will encircle the United States, which will be the last bastion of capitalism. We will not have to attack. It will fall like an overripe fruit into our hands,” and

WHEREAS, On Jan. 10, 1963, Congressman Albert S. Herlong Jr. of Florida read a list of the 45 Communist Party USA Goals for 1958 into the Congressional Record. These tactics are well worth revisiting today in order to gain insight into the strategies of much of our so-called liberal elite,
such as:
“#24- Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them “censorship” and a violation of free speech and [the] free press.”
“#25- Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, TV, and radio.”
“#26- Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity: as normal, natural, and healthy.”
“#40- Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.”
“#17- Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda… Get control of teachers’ associations. Put the party line in textbooks,” and

WHEREAS, As recently as Spring 2011, a mob of Communists and other Socialists took over our State Capitol, while promoting abortion and sodomy as well, chanting the same old slogans, “God is Dead,” “If it feels good do it” “Make Love Not War,” in addition to shouts of “Change” and “Democracy” which are also decades old as well, and

WHEREAS, Promoting the Moral Order as based on the Ten Commandments of God is among our party’s fundamental tenets, unlike other political parties who will not uphold the Moral Order, and

WHEREAS, Nations can be conquered by internal subversion and our financial and political crises are the results of our moral crisis, and

WHEREAS, This resolution is presented to confront the many “fifth column” (subversive) politicians and citizens, regardless of party; whether Whig, Green, Reform, Libertarian, Democrat or Republican;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Constitution Party of Wisconsin, in convention assembled, at Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, on this sixth day of April in the Year of our Lord two thousand thirteen and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred thirty seventh, calls upon our national officials to reject and state officials to nullify any action by the U.S. Courts that would establish any recognition of “same-sex marriage.” We call upon our Wisconsin legislators to uphold the recent Wisconsin Constitutional Amendment that defines marriage as the union of one man and one woman and prevents the establishment of any counterfeit, such as domestic partnerships. We call upon all state officials to outlaw acts of sodomy. We further call upon the Wisconsin State Legislature to repeal the provisions in the Wisconsin State Statutes that allow for “no fault divorce.” We reject the notion that sexual offenders are deserving of legal favor or special protection, and affirm the rights of states and localities to proscribe offensive sexual behavior. We stand against so-called “sexual orientation” and “hate crime” statutes that attempt to legitimize inappropriate sexual behavior and stifle public resistance to its expression. We oppose government funding of “partner” benefits for unmarried individuals. And we call for the impeachment and removal of all such politicians who refuse to enforce the Moral Order.

I can agree with most of this, except the last paragraph; I mean, to seriously repeal ‘no fault’ divorce?!

    Sad, just sad.

It is my understanding that the only territory in the United States that does no have a current
“no fault devorce law” is Wake Island.

  3. Dr. Jimmy Rustles

Criminalizing sodomy… What the fuck is wrong with these people?

    Fuck the Constitution Party.

  4. Kevin Knedler

Yes, let’s put them in charge. Goodness, do we have enough jail cells and big enough police force to monitor personal behavior? At what financial cost also.

  5. Stewart Flood

These bozos used too many commas, forgot to spell check, and are just plain crazy…

  6. Oranje Mike

End the police state abroad to fund the police state at home. Hooray, CP!

They will once they bring the troops home…and turn them on us. Or something.

  8. Kevin Knedler

But, it is all in the name of the “Constitution”. So it must be good. Right.

  9. Jill Pyeatt

The more I learn about the Constitution Party, the more I dislike them.

  10. Deran

I believe the scientific term for this sort of thing is Hokum. This is based on a book, The Naked Communist, written by Cleon Skousen. A conspiraciologist propaganda tract that has no basis in fact.

  11. Cody Quirk

I doubt Mr. Hood is a fan of Cleon, since he doesn’t much care for anything Mormon too.

  12. NewFederalist

It would seem the Constitution Party could rename themselves yet again to the Constipation Party since this guy is full of , well you know.

  13. Mark Axinn

Let’s take a step back for a moment.

Many people find __________ abhorent (fill in the blank). The CP is well within its rights to object to homosexuality, abortion on demand and trombone playing. The problem is that the CP wants to use the force of government to enforce its priorities, which kinda makes it the same as the Republican Party, the Democratic Party, the Working Families Party, the Socialist Workers Party, the Green Party……

  14. Steven Wilson

These are the kinds of reads that make me wish for the moment when the founders said “And Gentlemen, let us not forget about the Law against Stupidity.”

If the CP wants to be taken seriously, they need to stop sounding like God builders. Just weird.

  15. Don J. Grundmann, D.C.

Mr. Axinn @ #14 – As an example of the error of your comments both abortion and sodomy have previously been declared illegal; one to stop the crime of killing unborn children and the other as, among many other reasons, a public health issue.

Their illegality did not stop their occurance but it DID stop their widespread public acceptance and even and especially their promotion; the most outrageous current example of such being the promotion of sodomy to school children by the Homosexual/Sodomy Movement as I have documented at

The contrasting current situation is that those who support both abortion and sodomy want to use the force of government to enforce their priorities, such as full and complete acceptance and promotion of each pathology, on the citizens of the nation.

The core question is hence whose religious principles shall rule in the public square – those of Christianity which emphasize protection of the singular life and the limitation of degeneracy within public life ( most especially the protection of children from such degeneracy ) or its anti-Christian opposite which celebrates the Social Darwinist justification for and killing of the unborn child for any whim of the moment and the degeneracy of males most particularly via the promotion of the social, cultural, and soul pathology of homosexuality with its inherent and attendant attack upon the children of the nation.

In such case we will see the Republican ( ” moderates/Big Tent ” division ), Democratic, Green, Libertarian ( its ruling anti-Christian faction ), Working Families, Socialist Workers, and all other anti-Christian political parties and forces working to use the force of government to impose their religious beliefs on the rest of the nation.

Hence the CP, as so well illustrated by my colleagues in Wisconsin, is the last party in the nation standing for the foundational moral principles upon which our nation was founded; principles inclusive of the value of each singular life and the protection of children from the degeneracy of homosexuality which are openly despised and attacked by the enemies of both Christianity and our nation.

While all other parties as noted are willing to tear to shreds and mutilate endless numbers of children under a fake banner of ” womens rights ” and additionally sacrifice the moral, mental, and emotional life of countless children of the nation to the degeneracy and literal molestation of the Homosexual/Sodomy Movement only the CP will stand in defense of both the value of human life and the defense of the children of the nation against the horrific and monstrous attack against them which is being launched by the Homosexual/Sodomy Movement.

Don J. Grundmann, D.C. proud member of the Constitution Party of California, the last party in California fighting to defend both unborn and born children from both their literal and soul annihilation.

I’m glad to be with the LP. The CP is just so very wrong on a couple of things. Also, they are a dying party. I’m not sure how long they will be around, just based on their abysmal results in 2012 and the fact that their total of young members is approximately zero.

However, I still like them to a certain extent. They are way better than the Greens.

  17. Dr. Jimmy Rustles

@19 – I don’t even have the time to rebut everything you just said. You are a sick fuck who believes the state should impose your whim on the rest of society.

  18. Don J. Grundmann, D.C.

” Dr.” Rustles – As compared to you having the state impose your sickness on the rest of society?

The ” whim ” you refer to is that of normal people; i.e.; not sick like yourself and so many others here at IPR ( and unfortunately throughout our nation ); desiring to protect themselves, and especially their children, against your pathology.

Don J. Grundmann, D.C. Constitution Party of California; the last party working to protect children from Social Engineering that works to teach them, so that they may be molested in every way including physical, the lie that sodomy and sodomites are ” normal “

  19. Dr. Jimmy Rustles

How is the state imposing a sickness by allowing consenting adults to do what they please? The only imposition is when the state intervenes in private decision making. The First Amendment is clear — separation of church and state. I know you guys love to ignore that part.

However, I still like them to a certain extent. They are way better than the Greens.

Not to me, and posts like this show why.

  21. Dr. Jimmy Rustles

As a Libertarian I feel our ideology is much closer to that of the Greens. I’d vote Green before I voted Constitution.

  22. Don J. Grundmann, D.C.

” Dr.” Rustles – As part of my continuing public service of providing clues to the clueless, even those as yourself who are deliberately so, I generously provide you with the following information which a public school education, and your own character, has denied you –

there is NO such thing as ” separation of church and state ” in ANY of the founding documents of our nation.

What you refer to in this instance is the denial to the federal government of the/its ability to declare a national church/religion as recognized, and therefore superior to all others, by the government above all others.

Of course I recognize that the context of your comments comes from the common-as-sand desire of anti-Christians such as yourself to replace Christianity as the predominant, and especially foundational, religion of the nation with your own anti-Christian faith/religion.

The first reference to ” separation of church and state ” comes from a private letter from Jefferson to a Baptist association; an event which the anti-Christians have hence expanded by their typical lying to claim ( always falsely ) that such ” separation ” comes from the founding documents. I know that you guys love to ignore that part.

Don J. Grundmann, D.C. always performing the Herculean task of giving clues to the clueless

  23. Don J. Grundmann, D.C.

As part of my continuing public service of providing ever more clues to the clueless I reference, for those courageous enough to read, the following article by Henry Makow – ” Man and Woman Mirror God and Creation -” which can currently be found at

It begins to discuss, among many other things, how so many men have been feminized ( reduced to males; i.e.; inferior men ); an affliction which is rampant throughout many aspects of our culture and society inclusive of many writers on this site.

Hopefully the wisdom which this article imparts may allow afflicted readers to recover from their arrested development which the article touches upon.

Don J. Grundmann, D.C. providing healing information for those who wish to use it and those who will only curse it

  24. Cody Quirk

The nature of Mr. Hood’s writings and beliefs is a fine example of how a third party will never get anywhere in politics, especially in advancing or even promoting it’s cause.

  25. George Phillies

The Constitution Party of Wisconsin tries to outflank the Republicans on the right.

    Is it even possible?

Good luck, guys! This is a very demanding standard to pass.

  26. NewFederalist

Really, George? I think it is very easy to outflank the GOP on the right. I also believe it is very easy to outflank the Democrats on the left.

  27. Cody Quirk

Well the CP is doing a bad job at it, nationally.

In Wisconsin though, that’s a understatement.
