A man was pulled over and searched by police on the 4th of July at a DUI checkpoint in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Although the man repeatedly exercised his constitutional rights to not be searched and followed the law, the officers bullied him and forced him out of the vehicle despite committing no crime. The motorist’s car was then searched by a K-9 unit who was given a false alert signal by the police officer in order to search the vehicle for drugs.
From the video:
Tennessee State Trooper AJ Ross orders me to pull over and get out of my car, bullies me around, gets the drug sniffing K-9, lies about me having “Illegal Drugs” in the car, searches without consent, and tells me that it is ok to take away my freedom. All while not being detained. All this harassment because my window was not lowered enough to his preference. I broke no laws whatsoever. All of this on a day that we are supposed to be celebrating freedom and liberty. This checkpoint was in Murfreesboro, TN.
There will probably be a book deal and reality show in the cop’s future.
Well, well, well, it looks like this little video has received some attention.

The terrorists do hate us for our freedom, as can be seen in this video.
Some people are just confused as to who the terrorists are.
this is why the terrorists hate us, our check points and raodblaocks aren’t as invasive or militarized as theirs are
I’ve seen other forwards that say he is LP, but that should be linked to the article.
I agree the video size thing is overblown.
LP member or supporter or not, I really admire this fellow. An actual patriot.
I think the whole video size thing is not that important. I have both the screen font size up at minimum of 36 point and I use the VoiceOver screen reader, and the size of the videos doesn’t impair the accessibility of IPR for me.
Jill I can walk you through it on the phone, but I don’t think the video size is really an issue. Anyone can open a new tab with the front page. Or, if you mouse over the links, they highlight and become readable, and they are still clickable as well.
Personally when I post videos I just post the URL, not the embed code. It works here.
The article should make the LP connection more explicit, bu otherwise great job!
Thomas, Darryl and Krzysztof–I followed all three of your instructions to size down the video, and even went to the Carla Howell’s video and tried to use that, but I simply can’t seem to get it done. I’ll consult someone Monday and figure out how to do it. So, sorry the video doesn’t fit.
