Independent American Party Supports 9/11 Truth On Twelfth Anniversary of Attacks

The following statuses are from the Independent American Party Facebook page, on the 12th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.

First status:

On 9/11 America was attacked by real terrorists – the ones that wear suits, drive around in fancy limos, live in Washington D.C. and call themselves our leaders.

“The first step toward truth is to be informed.” – Ben Swann

If you still believe the poppycock government story of 9/11, you need to inform yourself so that you can take the step toward learning the truth about who brought down the Twin Towers 12 years ago.

Third status:

Some IAPers don’t agree with me that 9/11 was a government operation from beginning to end, and some do. Accordingly, these posts about 9/11 represent my personal views and not the official position of the IAP. The issue is so critical, however, that I feel I must put information and questions out there for people to think about and consider. The evidence is absolutely overwhelming that the dark side of the U.S. government was responsible. I’ll be posting pictures, videos, and stories. All serve the purpose to get people to question the bogus official story. Do the research and inform yourself. If you’re awake, wake up others. Let’s defeat this tyrannical regime that has murdered and robbed its way to power over us. – ZAS

Another status:

Think about it with your logic and critical reasoning abilities, not with your emotions.

Another status:

We should all keep the following quotation by Patrick Henry in mind when considering stories we here, no matter how outlandish they seem. The idea that the government blew up the WTC on 9/11 – which all the evidence points to – is certainly a “painful truth.” But if it’s the truth, thenwe need to know it and embrace it.

“It is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and, having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst, and to provide for it.”

A few other statuses, including pictures and a YouTube link to Alex Jones’s documentary “Terror Storm”, were posted. The following picture appeared on the party’s Facebook wall as well:

There are a lot of Libertarians and small “l” libertarians who are 9/11 Truthers, but why is it that the Libertarian Party has not passed a resolution questioning the official government story about 9/11 and calling for a new investigation? I think that it is because the people who are Johnny-on-the-spot to show up at party meetings and run for committee seats are not the best the party and movement has to offer, they are simply those who show up at meetings and can run around the country sitting in meetings in expensive hotels.

Where is the call for a new investigation into 9/11?

Why did the party never pass a resolution to impeach Bush?

Why has their been next to zero effort put into disseminating information about one of the most powerful and effective issues which Libertarians can promote, jury nullification of victimless crimes?

Why has there been so little effort put into electing Libertarians to seats in state legislatures and to the office of county sheriff? Some of these are winnable races, and unlike running for Register of Deeds or Soil & Water Commissioner or Library Board of Trustees, these are offices where Libertarians can have an effect that people will notice, and where Libertarians winning those races could get noticed, yet I’ve seen little effort put into winning these races.

Start a Facebook group or page. I don’t think Yahoo groups are popular anymore.”

Good point. This should go on my “Things to Do” list.
