This message will be going out to registered voters and Utah, and possibly New Mexico for four months heading into this year’s elections.
Slogan:
“A Return to Citizen Government”
Recorded Phone Message (version 2):
“Hello, Independent American Party here with a message that Citizen Government is returning to Utah (or New Mexico). This means the end of selling off influence to buy votes, but instead supporting principled statesmen.
“Imagine that! Imagine politics where the vote is taken away from money and returned to the people. Imagine politics where correct principles matter in governing, instead of just following national mainstream parties and trends. Imagine the end of party politics, special interest, mob democracy and money power so that liberty, in the tradition of our God-inspired Founding Fathers, has a chance to return in its full glory!”Admit it! You are sick to death of American Politics and the lesser of two evils. You are independent enough to know that solutions won’t come from the two major parties. The new wine of restoring our foundational principles cannot be put in old bottles!
“The Independent American Party is your opportunity, and you can be a part of this restoration. Go to Independent American Party dot org for answers you have been looking for, and exercise your Independence by voting for Independent American Party candidates this election season.
“God bless our united efforts. Thanks for caring enough to listen to this entire message.”

I may have given those an extra second or two but not much more.
I never listen to them with the exceptuion that I’d listen to some of Ron Paul’s if I listened long enough to know who it was. I never finish listening, though.
I wonder if these robocall firms collect data on how long people stay on the phone?
The smart ones do, I’m sure.
Yes, 2 seconds is about right. I wonder if these robocall firms collect data on how long people stay on the phone?
I’d say a catchy tune, a quip that expresses their politics, a URL, then end on another political quip and hang up.
I usually hang up on them in about 2 seconds or less if I take them at all.
I’d be interested in knowing how many people wil sit through a robocall this long? I would just because I’m interested in politics, but what about everyone else? 20+ years ago I was a telephone caller for the Harris Poll, and I seriously doubt if people are more enthusiastic or interested in calls from strangers about politics than they were then. And what with so many people using cellphones, which have really crappy voice quality for the most part… Especially a robocall? Maybe with some fun music and some clever quips to keep things rolling and keep people from hanging up?
