People are living longer these days, so we will hopefully have plenty more opportunities.

He has said he wouldn’t while LNC Chair. However, I wouldn’t mind putting him on the ticket for Vice President, and maybe President in 2020. He’s also hinted at maybe running for some lower office first, but that was before he confirmed he’s going for another term as LNC Chair. He could conceivably still do that, and run for Senate or something like that in 2018.

I had to double check: at 37 years old, this would only be the first election he’s even eligible to run in. He can stick around for a while, and I hope he does.

He said no to 2016, but somewhere down the line, yes.

VERY impressive. IMO, Nick would make the perfect LP POTUS 2016 candidate.

Is it just me seeing things non-objectively, or is Nick the most publicly visible LNC chair ever? He certainly strikes me that way, and I think it’s a great thing.
