FYI, George’s new book is currently a FREE download at Smashwords:

Delegates to the 2016 Libertarian National Convention have something at least resembling a fiduciary duty of care regarding disposition of the party’s assets, including its presidential and vice-presidential nominations. If you’re a delegate and you go to Orlando without reading this book, you’re not doing your job.

Liberty for America is always a source for valuable information. All delegates should read this edition for commentary on Johnson & Weld and the platform that will be voted upon.

I didn’t realize that Dr. Phillies preferred McAfee.

Dr. Phillies, can we count this as an endorsement of McAfee?

Lol. George, Barr NEVER negotiated with Ruwart. Some person may have talked to her about it (which is common at convention) but that discussion would have never been blessed by the campaign.

Another example of your failure to check facts and be an honest reporter.

Ruwart is the perfect example of a libertarian espousing Rainbowland theory that fits her anarchist views. If she ever got her way and all government went away, she’d be one of the first that would be turned into some tinpot dictator’s slave.

The negotiation was on live television. It was remarkable. The video may still be around.

As to whether she thought it was for real, I do not know.

Shane, that is why I have suggested what I would call realistic plans of action for libertarians to take (on a voluntary basis of course) in order to achieve and preserve a free society.

Do a search on this site for The Libertarian Zone.

George, if it was remarkable you should be able to recall specifics like who made the offer.

Andy, I’ll check it out. Thanks.

I know Mary Ruwart well enough to recognize her in a TV interview. I do not recall which of Barr’s flunkies was making her the offer.
