The Secretary writes: This meeting will be in Executive Session except for any period of public comment allowed by the Chair and any motions coming out of Executive Session. All LNC members are welcome to attend the Executive Session. All members are welcome to attend the non Executive Session portion which will be limited. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss approval of legal action regarding Massachusetts.
In some places, Executive Session requires agreement of the body, but the Secretary is simply anticipating the outcome. I will investigate live blogging, but no promises.
