I suspect funding is no problem for the No Labels folks. I believe they can buy all the signatures they need as quickly as they need them.
The Green Party ballot access lawsuit in Indiana co-funded by the Libertarian Party lost per Ballot Access News, ruling the 2% of the last vote for Secretary of State race constitutional.
States like Indiana I see as the major threat for No Labels to get 51-state access. That’s almost 37000 verified signatures required.
