Presidential candidate Vermin Supreme has qualified to appear on the Delaware state ballot through the nomination of the Conservative Party, according to the Delaware Department of Elections.
As of Tuesday, a list of qualified candidates maintained by the Delaware Department of Elections shows that four presidential tickets have qualified for the state ballot. Tickets include Republican nominees Donald Trump and J.D. Vance, Libertarians Chase Oliver and Mike ter Maat, the Independent Party of Delaware-endorsed Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Nicole Shanahan.
Supreme, who has also recently been endorsed by the U.S. Pirate Party, is running alongside John Realz, though Realz’s name is not included among the other tickets. The list also reflects that Supreme filed his nomination forms at the beginning of the week.
The Delaware Department of Elections further stated over social media that Supreme was nominated by state Conservatives, though other details surrounding his nomination are not known at this time. The only other Conservative Party candidate to qualify for the Delaware ballot this year is Jon Roe running in the State Senate’s second district.
Supreme, whose campaign was formally endorsed by the U.S. Pirate Party as its national convention in June, has said that he is also seeking ballot access in Tennessee and Louisiana. His running-mate Realz has also said over social media that the ticket is additionally looking at several other states.

Does Vermin Supreme advocate for the issuance of letters of marque and reprisal to allow American privateers to capture foreigners who commit crimes against Americans?
(i recall that after 9/11, Ron Paul proposed that letters of marque and reprisal be issued to capture foreign based terrorists.)
Jim, does it have anything to do with friendly fascism?
They must be a bunch of privateers.
(That’s actually how many real pirates started their careers.)
Robert, thank you for pointing that out. Apologies for leaving out Oliver and ter Maat.
That was my first thought as well. Perhaps Terry did glitterbomb him already and turned him into a conservative, LOL.
My second thought was: since when does Delaware have a “Conservative Party”, and a ballot qualified one no less?
Yes, because when I think of Vermin Supreme, I think “conservative”.
The list of qualified candidates linked includes Libertarian nominee Chase Oliver and Mike ter Maat.
