Constitution Party National Chair Provides Updates on 2025 Organizing Activity

Justin Magill, chair of the Constitution Party National Committee, issued a recent update on the party’s organizing efforts in Pennsylvania, Florida, and North Carolina, as well as shared details about upcoming national events.

In a September 28 Message from the Chairman, Magill reminded members of the National Committee Meeting and Issues Conference, scheduled from October 17 to October 18 in Sparks, Nevada. He urged participation, calling the conference “an important time of connecting” for membership and an opportunity to support future party-building efforts.

Magill also announced initial details for the party’s spring 2026 meeting, set for May 15 to May 16 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. “This will be a special event celebrating the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence,” he wrote, adding that it will include “historic tours and many great speakers.”

At the state level, Magill said several organizations are preparing to request formal affiliation with the national party, following Indiana’s successful affiliation earlier this year. Volunteers in other states are also said to be working on launching new affiliate groups.

Among existing affiliates, he noted that Pennsylvania and Florida are expanding their county committees. While the Pennsylvania party has not published a recent public list, as of October 2, the Constitution Party of Florida reported committees or initial coordinators in 13 counties, adding two more to its overall total since the end of 2024.

Magill also addressed ballot access efforts in Hawaii, where the party completed its petition for qualified status in August and was last preparing to submit it to the Office of Elections. In North Carolina, he said organizers are beginning a renewed push to regain ballot access.

The Constitution Party of North Carolina most recently held ballot access in 2020 but lost its status after failing to meet the state’s retention threshold of 2 percent in the gubernatorial election.

The profoundly stupid comment by ” shimmey ” illustrates why the national CP will never again be a positive influence on our nation.

The Christ inspired Event values in our Straight Pride flyers – masculinity, femininity; the natural nuclear family of man woman and children; babies born and unborn, Western Civilization, and Christianity – are the total opposite of the Marquis De Sade inspired values of Sodomite Pride ( in sodomy ) Parades.

We end our Event in front of Planned Parenthood protesting their ( as documented at BlackGenocide.org ) Eugenics inspired Holocaust/murder of 20 MILLION+ black children ( for which we are called “racist ” and which ” slimmey ” stupidly repeats just like the ultra corrupt media knows he will, and has trained him to, do.

The total fool repeats my gaffe but totally ignores what I said both before and after – just like the stupid parrot that he is.

Bottom Line – The now controlling Mormon/LDS and Masonic ( see the work of Altiyan Childs ) theology of the NCP despises the noted values of Straight Pride; enough to also attack South Dakota and Illinois for holding similar conflicting theological values.

Reality – the NCP Controllers are the opposite of what they are imagined to be and ultra pathetic wimps like ” shimmey” cannot possibly bring any solution to the problem,

The NCP has chosen to, and now always will, betray its founding principles.

    Such a tragedy.

    P.S. to ” shimmey” – I don’t ” argue;” I debate. And I would annihilate you in any debate.

The NCP has been and remains better off without Don and his kind politics. The NCP didn’t attack Don or any state party, this is simply untrue. Don needs some introspection; he’s a man that desperately wants to be important, but lacks the necessary skills and qualifications.

Don Grundmann, acting as the leader of a straight pride group in California and was defending his group against allegations of racism when he stated, “We’re a totally peaceful racists group.” NBC caught it in video, see the link below. Don loses arguments. That’s what he does. When he loses, he plays the “poor me card,” just as he is doing here.

Unfortunately the national Constitution Party, in complete opposition to the Vision of its founder Howard Phillips, will continue to be a ” Controlled Opposition”/Potemkiñ Village Party and go nowhere until it removes the Cancer/Infection/Poison of its Controllers who have attacked its state affiliates ( with the intent of destroying them ); such as Illinois, South Dakota, and myself in California; for non-compliance with and/or disobedience to its now controlling theology of Mormonism and Masonry ( see the work of Altíyan Childs ).

And such introspection/cleansing is not going to happen.
