Hickenlooper has large lead over Tancredo in early vote results

According to a comment by Kimberly Wilder on our Results coming in page,

For Colorado Governor, with 5% of precincts reporting:

John Hickenlooper (Dem) at 57%
Tom Tancredo (AMC) at 31%

    With 44% of the precincts reporting at 12:40 eastern time, Hickenlooper leads 51-37-11.

    The Washington Post has called this race for the Democrat, John Hickenlooper.

    It is still impressive that Tom Tancredo came in second, before the Republican.

    Results at Washington Post:

    Hickenlooper (D) – 53% – checked off as winner
    Tom Tancredo (AMC) – 36%
    Dan Maes (R) – 9%
