TPID:
From Denver Westword:
By inching over 10 percent of the vote last Tuesday, Dan Maes saved the Colorado Republican Party from the humiliation of falling to minor-party status. But while Tom Tancredo didn’t win the race, his 30 percent-plus of the vote elevated the American Constitution Party to a major Colorado party.
“We haven’t been officially notified yet of major-party status,” says Doug “Dayhorse” Campbell, who was the ACP’s lieutenant governor candidate on the November ballot until Tancredo took over the top slot, and brought in his own second, Pat Miller. “I guess it’s nice to be thought if in that way — but we’re still just really a small party.”
Campbell predicts Republicans and Democratic lawmakers will change the rules to ensure that the Constitution Party does not retain its major-party status.

The sooner you leave the better. Can’t you guys just get on your “spaceship” and take off?
= Yeah Don, when the Hell are you going to be going back to your little world?
Or is your mind already there?
The sooner you leave the better. Can’t you guys just get on your “spaceship” and take off?
I note that the
Alaska Independence Party (AIP) also wants
out of the United States.
= Actually they simply advocate letting the people vote on the matter. Not all AKIP’ers favor secession, however.
Mark, if you think secession is a good idea for you guys, then I wouldn’t be using the AIP label if I were you.
If the US were to disinegrate, then I would support Nevada and the rest of the Rocky Mountain region becoming part of Deseret.
But this country is still worth fighting for, so the answer is ‘No’.
“…Do you think the leaders of the Independent American Party would like to meet up with the leaders of the American Independent Party in Grass Valley
(a few miles away from Rough and Ready) after
we jointly take part in the parade on Secession
Day that last Sunday in June, 2011 to talk about
who should run for President in 2012?”
If its to talk about rejoining the CP, then we might be interested.
Mark: “As you know from our first meeting circa 2004, my birthday is April 7th.”
Somebody remembers your birthday because he met you in 2004? I wouldn’t. Are you best friends now?
TO: Cody Quark
As you know from our first meeting circa 2004,
my birthday is April 7th. On April 7, 1850 the
population of Rough and Ready voted to secede
from these United States. That act by these electors of Rough and Ready is retold each year
by the “Rough and Ready Rascals” on Secession
Day holiday on the last Sunday in June. Do you
think the leaders of the Independent American Party would like to meet up with the leaders of the American Independent Party in Grass Valley
(a few miles away from Rough and Ready) after
we jointly take part in the parade on Secession
Day that last Sunday in June, 2011 to talk about
who should run for President in 2012?
Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman,
American Independent Party

Do you favor to retro cession of Nataqua Territory from Washoe County, Nevada to become an independent territory or independent
republic state as the Republic of California was under President Willliam Ide? I note that the
Alaska Independence Party (AIP) also wants
out of the United States.
Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman,
American Independent Party

The county is Sierra County. It county seat at one point in California History was considered
to be a new location for the California State Capitol Building. This was before the General
Government of these United States of America
removed Pautah County from California with
its county seat of Carsonville (now known as
Carson City) and placed in Utah Territory (then
later in Nevada Territory).
California was an independent Republic with the
Hon. William Ide as its elected president. One
government in the world recognized the Republic of California and not as part of these United States, viz., Kingdom of Hawai’i under
the III Kamehameha.
It was not until the Treaty of Paris in 1898 that
Spain ceded its rights to the islands off the Pacific Coast of California to these United States, ending a dispute that was on since circa 1819.
Do you think the people living in the old limits
of Pautah County, CA want to return to California?
Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman,
American Independent Party
2010 General Election established major party status for the American Independent Party in a
California county. That is this year and not in the
future.
= Which county?
Too bad you didn’t elect anybody to office, or even pull a large amount of votes in certain races like we did.
Cody Quirk,
2010 General Election established major party status for the American Independent Party in a
California county. That is this year and not in the
future.
Best of luck on IAP registration drive for 2012.
Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman,
American Independent Party, affilated with the
America’s Independent Party since June, 2008.
Awesome! The Nevada IAP hopes to gain major party status by 2012 when we have 100,000 Nevadans registered to the Party.
