Jim Clymer: Underway for 2011 & 2012

This e-mail comes from Constitution Party National Chairman Jim Clymer:

Without the Constitution Party as a viable alternative, Americans will almost certainly be left choosing between two pro-abort, nanny state, open borders, deficit-spenders. America cannot survive much longer with that kind of “leadership.”

So it is with a renewed sense of urgency and determination that the Constitution Party is planning for 2011 and 2012. We are already gearing up for campaigns and ballot access drives, and fundraising is key to our success.

Laying the groundwork for ballot access and the 2011 and 2012 campaign years takes an enormous amount of coordination, planning, organizing on the local level, recruiting of volunteers and candidates, and money.

Your donation now means your contribution is worth double what it would be six months from now, because we can use it to build a better and more effective party and to lay the ground-work for successful ballot access drives early. Please make a contribuiton HERE.

I’m sure you’ve received many requests for year-end donations from very worthy causes. Unlike them the Constitution Party is not an educational organization or a charitable organization, but a nationally recognized political party that is the only viable political solution for restoring constitutional government to our country.

Your financial support today is urgent. It is only with your help that the Constitution Party will continue to grow so that we can be prepared to offer America candidates who understand the Constitution, and who will abide by their oath of office.

100% of the Constitution Party’s funding comes from supporters just like you. That’s why I hope you’ll click HERE to make a contribution now.

I’m hoping you will make as generous a donation as you can HERE.

Clearly, the Constitution Party is the natural home for principled voters. And just as clearly a strong, viable Constitution Party will put pressure on “conservative” leaders in Washington and all over the country to do what they were elected to do.

To make a donation to the Constitution Party, please click HERE.

Your contribution of $1,000, $250, $100 or $50, or whatever you can afford, is very much needed at this time.

Preparation in 2011=Success in 2012!

Will YOU help the Constitution Party get off to a fast start in 2011? Please make a contribution today.

So what is going to take place at the meeting of
    January 12, 2011?

    = County business, DER!

Also, block of the dates of June 25 – June 26. 2011. The AIP may go national again, viz.,
    pre-1992 status.

    = Huh? Please clarify.

So what is going to take place at the meeting of
    January 12, 2011?

Also, block of the dates of June 25 – June 26. 2011. The AIP may go national again, viz.,
pre-1992 status. Since, Dan Hansen was the
fiormer National Chairman of the American
Independent Party, have a meeting in Nevada
County with ideas of who should be considered
person s fit of an AIP ticket.

Since. the main “Secession Days” activities will
take place in the “Republic of Rough & Ready”
    on June 26, 2011, between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., we will lodge and meet on June 25, 2011
in Marysville, CA 29 miles from Rough & Ready.

For persons that do not know California History
the Republic of Rough & Ready declared its
Independent from the United States of America
on April 7, 1850. It is a major event in the Pine
Valley of Nevada County. Since the only county
in California that the AIP is a major party, is
Sierra County (next county to Nevada County).
it is an event to build up contacts in that area
    as well.

    Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg

Welcome to one party rule in the People’s Republic of Kalifornia.

  7. Cody Quirk January 8, 2011

But that still wouldn’t benefit the GOP either; when it comes to registered voters and popularity, California is bluer then the sky at twilight, even if Libertarians and American Independents united with the GOP.

  8. Cody Quirk January 8, 2011

——– of course, California now has ‘Top Two’ ……..

= Which means the AIP and other third parties are further screwed there.

  9. Cody Quirk January 7, 2011

    The last registration I
have seen for the American Independent Party (CA) was well over 413 thousand electors.

= Then you suck, because that’s only 2.39% of all the Californians registered to vote, while here, the IAP makes up 4.5% of the Nevada voting population.

    Talk about poor growth!

  10. Mark Seidenberg January 7, 2011

News to me Dr. Grundmann has friends in Alaska!

Dr. Grundmann was removed from his post as area director of the American Independent Party
by former California State Chairman Ed Noonan
(2006 – 2008) of the American Independent Party.

The last day Dr. Grundmann was on either the
AIP State Central Committee or the AIP National
    Committee was September 2, 2008.

Grundmann makes a false claim that he is also Chairman of the Alameda County Central Committee of the AIP. Yet the real Chairman of
the Alameda County Central Committee of the
AIP is Patrick Colglazier of Fremont, CA. Grundmann is not a member of the Alameda
County Central Committee of the American Independent Party.

Grundmann does claim to be the Chairman of the
Constitution Party of California with its whole
electorate of 163 persons. The last registration I
have seen for the American Independent Party (CA) was well over 413 thousand electors.

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Vice Chairman, American Independent Party

  11. Cody Quirk January 6, 2011

At least in Nevada, we still have a chance. Not just because the IAP is growing and electing people to office, but because the people here are more intelligent then the Cali voter and are starting to wake up to what our government has become.

  12. Cody Quirk January 6, 2011

    Yeah Mr. Grundmann,

Regardless of either faction, I’m sorry to say this but the AIP is not a viable force anymore, and even if it was, you still live in a state that’s now more Marxist then Massachusetts is and permanently so; the Establishment is so entrenched there that California is pretty much a lost cause, even if constitutionalists and libertarians in your state joined together to do something about it.

  13. Don Grundmann January 6, 2011

J.R. – I will tell my Alaskan friends to contact you regarding joining the party. As a cautionary note I would advise you to beware of those who will, as with the American Independent Party in California, infiltrate your party with the objective of destroying it. I can assure you that there are forces connected with those who have attacked the AIP ( whose attack is documented at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com ) who are already planning to do so. Their intention will be to strangle your party in the cradle as part of an overall objective of destroying the patriot/constitutional movement as a whole within our nation. They are very powerful, very determined, have all the money and lawyers needed to accomplish the task, and will have no conscience to restrain them from doing any action(s) needed no matter how illegal or corrupt. I hope that this note finds you well. May God bless your efforts. Best to you,

Don J. Grundmann, D.C. Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party

  14. Alaska Constitution Party January 6, 2011

    Dear Alaska Constitution Party Supporter,

How many of you have looked around and seen that our heritage of Liberty is rapidly slipping away? What is become of our beloved America? The young among us have never experienced the Freedom that many of our older citizens have known, and sadly too often taken for granted. Many no longer understand the sovereignty of the individual, the rule of law and the social contract which is our constitution. Individual initiative is replaced by government dole, command and control. This grieves me. It is easy to become discouraged with what is happening to our culture and our country. Now, more than ever, is the time to Reclaim Our Legacy. We must not give up! Now is the time to push forward. We must persevere towards our goal.

The Alaska Constitution Party needs YOU! Help us grow! We are the only faith based party in Alaska dedicated to upholding both the Alaska and U.S. Constitutions. Please join us in this important work.

I am very pleased to announce that the Alaska Constitution Party has received approval from the the U.S. Department of Justice and the Alaska Division of Elections to form a political party. The ACP now been officially recognized as a Political Group in Alaska. This means, that for the first time ever, Alaskans may register to vote as members of the Alaska Constitution Party. The Alaska Division of Elections will now track ACP numbers on a monthly basis. Our next goal is to gain 8,000 registered ACP members and more. We realize this will take time and much effort. Your help is critical at this nascent stage of ACP development. In order to register as ACP, one needs to complete an Alaska voter registration form, check the, “Other” box and write in, “Alaska Constitution Party”, then turn it in to your local election office. This will be the process until the new voter registration forms are approved, printed and distributed statewide. That should happen in March. At that time, all that will be needed to register as ACP will be to check the ACP box. We will launch a formal membership drive soon.

Also, we look forward with excitement to planning our first ACP convention in 2011. I anticipate this convention to be held this Summer or Fall. The likely convention site is either somewhere on the Kenai Peninsula or in Anchorage. It is at this convention that ACP members will formally adopt bylaws, a platform and elect officers. Your participation will help lay the groundwork for our success as we look towards the 2012 election cycle.

We need you, your family, friends, coworkers and neighbors to get involved! Help us to build the ACP into a powerful voice for constitutional government. We need lACP eaders at all levels and will be seeking candidates for local elections this year, as well as the important races in 2012. How much can you give of your time, talent and treasure? What is the price of restoring our government to its constitutional bounds? It will take all of us working together. It will be well worth the effort.

Please join our ACP Yahoo Group at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AlaskaCP/

btw the CP is not ballot qualified for elections right? Only AIP so anyone wanting to run CP would nhave to designate what? Independent? How does that work with prop 14? Maybe anyone can run with no affliation. I saw in Long beach some people running without a party designation. Its the growing trenc I think. People will ru without party affliation. Only problem would be self finance, (no party help) which as you could see in CA without proper funding, lesser knowns without commercials and radio advertising, just don’t make it. (Meg whitman) even though she lost got her name out there, I had never heard of her. 150 million is still a lot just to receive name recognition and not the job hoped for. Democrats dominate in ca, looks like that will be only growing. So if you don’t like that in ca feel free to adios to another state.
I have full confidence in Mr. Brown. He will not play party politics, I truley believe he wants the best resolve for CA! He is a native son, as was his father and grandfather! Viva Jerry!

” The AIP central committee will now be formed without david’s input soon.”

Response – The facts are that David, as the winner of his primary election for Congress, had an automatic right to be on the State Central Committee; a right which he was denied by the Robinson Crime Syndicate as they knew he would challenge their corruption and so they illegally denied him, and anyone else who would challenge their criminality, membership upon the Central Committee. This corruption and criminality was orchestrated by Mark Seidenberg. It was he, as a central part of the Crime Syndicate and fulfilling his role as an ADL/SPLC agent, who has continually denied David his rights within the party.

Don J. Grundmann, D.C. Chairman American Independent Party, California branch of the Constitution Party

  34. Cody Quirk January 4, 2011

Plus, compared to the Nevada IAP- you guys are an incompetent joke and have turned the AIP into such.

And what’s funny is that even if it was your intention to do that so the Republicans would win in California, it failed!

Even if Chelene wasn’t on the ballot and all those votes she got went to Meg Whitman instead, Meg still would have lost to Jerry Brown!

The Democrats hold the reins in California to the point that even if we did away with all third parties in that state, the Dems would still be winning all those elections.

So the AIP & your own intentions have failed- deal with it.

  35. Cody Quirk January 4, 2011

When are you going to live by the Constiution of
the Constitution Party and remember that the
American Independent Party State Central Committee entered in free associtation and left
the same way it entered on June 27, 2008.

= Talk about the pot calling the kettle black!

Mark, please explain how that such meeting on June the 27 was ethically, or even legally valid? It went unannounced to the majority of the state central committee of the AIP and wasn’t even held in public!

You and Ed Noonan suppressed the majority of the state committee members of the AIP! You canceled several meetings and both you and Markham have intentionally gone into hiding in order to avoid being served court papers- such actions indicate that you and Markham really are guilty of what you have done to the AIP.

I can think of a few words for somebody like you, Mark-

More disinformation from Don Grundmann who
is the chairman of the Constitution Party of California. His party the last time I checked stood at 163 electors.

Don Grundmann has been off the National
    Committee of the American Independent
Party since September 3, 2008. He has never
    been chairman of the AIP.

Also I am not a” bag man”.

Another year but the same old outright lies from Anti-Defamation League and Southern Poverty Law Center agent Mark Seidenberg.

    A) The AIP never left the Constitution Party and certainly never by breaking a ” free association.” Instead, as documented at TheCorruptionOfAlanKeyes.blogspot.com, fake documents were deliberately constructed and then filed fraudulently with the Secretary of State office to accomplish the criminal act ( fraud ) of attempting to break the AIP from the CP. This deliberate filing of fake papers with a government office was done by the Robinson Crime Syndicate, of which Mark Seidenberg is the ” bag man ” for ADL, the SPLC, and the army of Republican Party lawyers who are also behind the crime. The objective of working to destroy the AIP and the CP is part of the comprehensive ADL/SPLC plan to destroy the conservative and patriot movement in the nation.

    B) ” The American Independent Party
with well over 413,000 electors registered in the
State of California, would like to get along with
    people in the Constitution Party.”

Response – An utterly fantastic and outrageous lie by a master liar.

    C) Any growth of the AIP, and its current size, has been completely due to the wonderful and courageous campaign of Chelene Nightingale who fought valiantly for the people of the state despite being viciously and outrageously smeared via countless lies by the Robinson Crime Syndicate.

    D) Another year but the same ultra corrupt Don Lake; a willing participant in and supporter of the Robinson Crime Syndicate.
