By now every regular reader has read that Howard Everette was issued a summons for a traffic violation last week, and that his mother, Sandra Everette, was arrested for failing to comply with an officer’s requests, according to Newport News authorities.
Mrs. Everette states that she was falsely arrested. Those of us that weren’t there will have to wait and see the evidence presented during the trial, especially if it includes eye witness testimony and video evidence from the police car and Shell gas station.
