According to Ballot Access News, the Peace Party in Oregon and separate Independent Parties in New Mexico and Maryland are now qualified due to Nader’s latest run.
Other parties which nominated Nader and remain on the ballot after this election are the Peace & Freedom Party of California, the Independent Party of Connecticut, the Independent Party of Delaware, the Ecology Party of Florida, and the Natural Law Party of Michigan.
Two other parties created by Nader, the Independent Party of Hawaii and the Peace & Freedom Party of Iowa, are not now ballot-qualified because they didn’t poll enough votes.

Congratulations Ralph Nader.
Join us to get a National Day of Recognition for this wonderful man who has done so much for the United States. He has not won a Nobel Peace Prize but his efforts have exceeded those of people who have. We have some community Organizers who give good rhetoric but who have basically no advancement for their causes and then you have someone, who despite the struggle and the people resisting a change, manages to bring about needed change at his legacys expense.
Thank you Ralph Nader!!
You are to be congratulated!
I would hope so as well but that remains to be seen.
These parties should join the Peace and Freedom Party’s national efforts.
I believe this is a wonderful development but only if something is actually done with these parties in order to make them lasting politcal organizations. I hope that the Oregon Peace Party, the NM Independent Party, Maryland Independent Party and Ecology Party attempt to form some national organization.
Yeah, a bunch of leftwing loony parties. Congrats.
And to the “libertarians” that voted for this socialist: Don’t let the door hit you on the way out!
