Syracuse Green Candidate Featured on YNN

Upstate New York’s YNN (Your News Now), a Time-Warner Cable 24-hour newschannel, featured Green Party mayor candidate Kevin Bott a few days ago.

Bott is challenging an incumbent Democrat. There is no Republican candidate. A third candidate is running on NY’s “Conservative” line. The YNN story focuses on crime and community policing.

The video on the site is apparently available only to Time Warner subscribers. A previous video from the campaign is below:

Warren Redlich is CEO of SpinJ Corporation, which became owner of IPR in November 2012. He was the 2010 Libertarian candidate for Governor of New York, and has run for office as a Democrat, Republican, Libertarian, Green, and Liberal.

According to election results posted on rulers.org, he got 15% of the vote, one point behind the Conservative Party candidate. Democrat won in a landslide (there was no Republican.
