Via The Saturnalian; Ince also announced on numerous libertarian facebook groups.

Cecil Ince, who resides in Irving, Texas, left a comment at The Saturnalian‘s recent open forum, introducing himself as a candidate for the Libertarian Party’s 2016 presidential nomination. He linked to a Facebook page for his campaign. It currently has 56 likes.
A self-proclaimed “Jeffersonian Libertarian,” Ince favors repealing the 16th Amendment, closing the Federal Reserve, and reducing the presence of American troops abroad. In an interview with the blog “All Politics is Local,” during his 2010 run for State Legislature, he expressed support for a bill to lower property tax rates, endorsed fines on businesses hiring illegal immigrants, and favored placing the Texas National Guard on the U.S.-Mexico border.
For his campaign, Ince hopes to visit all 48 state Libertarian Parties ahead of the May 2016 National Convention in Orlando. He is currently looking for volunteers to serve as Campaign Manager, Social Media Director, and Website Designer.

Has he confirmed this with any of these states? Does he have the finances to go to all these places?
He should get a clue on two-way communication.
Cecil has finally posted something besides his FB page. Here’s his schedule, so far:

And if you are responding to the post just follow the links.
If you are responding to my comment: Gary Johnson, Marc Feldman and Darryl Perry. Sorry I did not include first names.
I’ve known Ince for 10 or 12 years, although not well. Nice enough guy.
When I first met him, he went by the name “Christopher Davis” and was the Missouri LP’s candidate for Secretary of State.
I don’t remember the background of the the name change, but I do seem to remember that he did give a reason for it at the time.
Who?
I’d rate Johnson (if he runs), Feldman and Perry above NOTA. Haven’t decided about others running for the nomination at this time yet.

I vaguely recall having heard of him before, but not what it was that I heard. The info I am reading now is not triggering any memories.
Seeing as only one of the Ls commenting here has ever heard of him, I don’t think his campaign needs to be taken seriously.
Has his immigration position become any more libertarian since 2010?
So far, his candidacy seems to be posting his Facebook page everywhere. There’s little to no response from him on the pages where people respond. It’s going to take more than that to consider this guy a real candidate, I think.
Ince had filed as a candidate for U.S. House in Texas in 2014, but for some reason was not on the ballot in November. I guess he was blocked at the convention?
I believe we still follow each other on Twitter. Nice enough guy, but I’m not crazy about the anti-immigrant stuff.
David Bergland’s daughter once lived in Guam and she helped make sure past Libertarian presidential nominees were on the November ballot for president. Although Guam has no electoral votes, it still votes for president in November. It is the only US possession that does that. The Puerto Rico legislature once passed a bill for a presidential election in November, but the Puerto Rican Supreme Court said it was illegal and blocked it.
Apparently there is a Puerto Rico party. They don’t have a website, but their FB page says they were founded in 2008.
I couldn’t find anything on an affiliate ever having existing in Guam, NMI, USVI, or American Samoa, which isn’t terribly surprising.

Well, at least he is not going to try to visit all 57 states.
There’s also DC. Not sure about Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.
I would guess Hawaii and Alaska.
Maybe he doesn’t do the TSA.
“all 48 state Libertarian Parties”?
Who are the two missing? I know there are some state affiliates that aren’t super-active and organized, but I wasn’t aware of any states that outright don’t have an affiliate of any sort, even on paper.
Another candidate for the Libertarian Party Presidential nomination of whom I have never heard.
“endorsed fines on businesses hiring illegal immigrants, and favored placing the Texas National Guard on the U.S.-Mexico border” and this is considered libertarian, how?
