Anyone know how many of the listed attendees actually made a firm commitment to attend?

It would be nice if they could get Jim Webb to attend.

I was told that Ms. Kahn is seeking the Reform Party’s nomination, but considers herself an independent candidate.

Thank you, Darryl. I’ll amend the post again.

The information from the hosts is incorrect: I am not confirmed for the event. When invited I responded that I was interested, but did not think I would be able to attend.

Thank you sparkey and Mr. Winger.

I updated the article here as well.

Well that stinks. I wonder if perhaps some of the other Green Party candidates might attend. It’s not too bad a drive to Lake Charles for me. I’m going to try to make it out for this.

Jill Stein won’t attend, according to her campaign manager.

Thank you for bringing that to my attention. She was listed at Ballot Access News, and it appears that the original article there was edited to remove her. The article here is a direct copy and paste of the Ballot Access News article as it appeared a short while ago.

Why is Stein listed here but not on Ballot Access News?
