Nader group files suit against various government agencies

According to the Associated Press, Ralph Nader’s group Public Citizen has filed suit against the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection and the Army Corps of Engineers over issues relating to the border fence along the US-Mexican border.  Public Citizen is suing over the failure of the agencies to provide documents in a Freedom of Information Act request by Denise Gilman of the Texas Working Group on Human Rights and the Border Wall.

Nader has run for president as a Green twice and an independent twice, and he has gone to court many times over ballot access (and related) laws.

It’s nearly time for the governance to sweep Nader under the rug and forget him–they hope.

Public Citizen can try to “distance” themselves from the Greatness of Ralph Nader, BUT without him, they are gum on the bottom of someones shoe.

Nader isn’t associated with Public Citizen anymore. He is their founder, but they have distanced themselves from him for fundraising purposes, I believe. (At least, this is what I remember from “An Unreasonable Man”)
