The Green Party announced this week that it will hold its 2025 Annual National Meeting remotely from July 31 to August 3. The convention theme for this year will be “Go Green!”
According to an email from the Annual National Meeting Committee sent Friday, early member registration is now open through the end of March, with standard registration set to begin shortly afterward. While the Annual National Meeting’s program has not yet been finalized, the party has begun accepting workshop proposals.
“This year’s ANM is all about strengthening our party and growing our movement. We encourage you to design a workshop that aligns with the theme “Go Green!” and inspires attendees to take action,” the party stated.
Workshops are expected to be approximately one hour in length, engage a diverse audience, and incorporate interactive elements for participants. Selected workshops will be recorded and later shared on the party’s official YouTube channel. The deadline for submitting proposals is April 15, with the party noting that most workshops will be scheduled to take place on Thursday and Friday during the event.
The Annual National Meeting Committee is also seeking input for the Green Party’s 2026 Annual National Committee meeting, with a goal of returning to an in-person format for the first time since 2019. State leaders interested in hosting the event are encouraged to attend an informational meeting next week.
