Pennsylvania’s Allentown Morning Call reports Judge Johnny Butler has ruled that Bob Barr may remain on the state’s ballot as the Libertarian presidential candidate. Butler “rejected arguments that the party tricked voters by gathering signatures under another candidate’s name and substituting Barr’s name in August.”…
In saying that the uproar over Snubgate has not cost Bob Barr much, Reason‘s Dave Weigel referred to IPR and its “teargas-choked air,” linking to a story about LP spokesman Andrew Davis’s questionable statement that “Barr will not be removed” from the ballot.…
