From the Jill Stein campaign:
Jill Stein and Cheri Honkala will appear on at least 85% of the ballots cast this November, 38 states and districts, including all of the large population states and most of the midsize states. Following is the state-by-state ballot access breakdown:
Last updated on October 31, 2012:

We are on the ballot in: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawai’i, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
We will appear as write-ins in: Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Wyoming.
Another page on the JillStein.org site says:
Jill Stein and Cheri Honkala are on the ballot the vast majority of states, making it easy for most of us. But, there are a few states that present a little confusion. Allow us to clarify:
STATES WITH OTHER NAMES LISTED AS JILL’S VP . . .
Wisconsin – On the Wisconsin ballot, Ben Manski is listed as the Green Party vice presidential candidate. This is because the state required us to submit a candidate prior to the party’s actual nomination. No worries – vote for Jill and Ben and your vote will still be counted and reported for the national ticket.
Illinois – On the Illinois ballot, Howie Hawkins is listed as the Green Party vice presidential candidate. This is because the state required us to submit a candidate prior to the party’s actual nomination. No worries – vote for Jill and Howie and your vote will still go to Jill and Cheri.
Both Wisconsin and Illinois – Don’t cast a write-in vote. This is important. In WI and IL write-ins for Cheri WILL NOT be reported or counted by the state. Make sure you vote for Jill Stein as she appears on the ballot, with Ben or Howie as her listed running mate.
WRITE-IN STATES . . .
Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Wyoming – Jill and Cheri are official write-in candidates, so simply write “Jill Stein” and “Cheri Honkala” in as your write-in votes. These votes will be counted and reported.
If you’re in a state where you can’t currently vote for Jill and Cheri, please be sure to connect with your local Green Party to strengthen your community presence and to keep building our national efforts!

This map is from Jill’s last campaign. It’s quite different now.
Are you trying to get on the ballots in the “grey” states? I live in VT. You will receive my vote if the Democratic National Convention does not choose Bernie as its nominee. You should consider reaching out to Bernie’s true Revolution – supporting progressive downticket candidates throughout the country. I know Vermont could use more of them, especially if Bernie is elected as president, and if Leahy, as a Superdelegate, votes for Hillary at the Convention.

Ballot-Access News (http://www.ballot-access.org/2012/10/27/ballot-access-news-october-2012-print-edition/) lists Jill Stein as a write-in candidate in Missouri. However, I do not find listings for any write-in candidates there. The candidate list (http://www.sos.mo.gov/enrweb/candidatelist2012.asp) does list “WI – write-in” under party legend at the bottom, but no candidates. Perhaps, because Missouri requires a notarized list of electors from each congressional district, no one applied to be a write-in candidate there.
Also, Ballot-Access.org lists her as a write-in candidate in Missouri, but I cannot find the list of write-ins on the Missouri website. The Website (http://www.sos.mo.gov/enrweb/candidatelist2012.asp) does list candidates, and in its legend at the bottom has “WI – write-in”, but no write-ins are listed. Given that write-ins for President in Missouri must have an elector for each congressional district, there is a probability that there are none.
I think Ballot-Access is probably wrong here.
Nebraska, under it’s fee schedule (http://www.sos.ne.gov/elec/2012/pdf/Filing%20Fee%20Schedule.pdf), states:
“All declared write-in candidates shall pay the filing fees that are required for the office at the time that they present the write-in affidavit to the filing officer. Any undeclared write-in candidate who is nominated or elected by write-in votes shall pay the filing fee required for the office within ten days after the canvass of votes by the county canvassing board and shall file the receipt with the person issuing the certificate of nomination or the certificate of election prior to the certificate being issued.”
I take this to mean that filing is optional (just as it is in Washington state), and that if you win, then you have 10 days to pay the filing fee.
I may be wrong, but I would color Nebraska as light green.
