NJ: Constitutionally Impaired Republican Congressman Will Face Challenge from Constitution Party Candidate

TPID:

Remember Congressman Frank LoBiondo?  He is the Republican lawmaker whose gross ignorance of the Constitution was revealed at a town hall meeting earlier this year.  LoBiondo was embarrassingly stumped when asked about Article 1 Section 1 of the Constitution, and stuttered that it might have something to do with freedom of speech.  Peter Boyce plans to challenge LoBiondo this November under the banner of the Constitution Party.  From NJ.com:

Peter Boyce grew up in one of the poorest families in the Bronx, New York, but made himself into a millionaire by the age of 30. He did it through hard work on his own merit.

Now, he’s made it his mission to ensure that future generations of Americans can aspire to do what he did by preserving the freedoms that allowed him to accomplish his goals in the first place.

Boyce, currently a Millville resident, will be running for Congress in New Jersey’s 2nd Congressional District in November’s midterm elections. He will be running as a candidate for the Constitution Party, whose core belief is that representatives must always vote in line with the Constitution, something Boyce feels very few current representatives do today.

South Jerseyans are flocking in their hundreds away from the arrogancy of global communism and back to the principles of our Founding, namely; Life, Liberty & the pursuit of hapiness. Peter Boyce will be an outstanding leader for constitutional governance in Washington & a welcome relief from the DC insider LoBiondo.

  3. tHey are the so called national Constitution Party whose gross ignorance of the Constitution was revealed earlier this century, and whom have been on a down ward spiral since P2008.

If the Christian Party and or the American Conservative Party and or America’s Independent Party were more on the ball, then the imploding, rudderless, corrupt (so called) Constitution Party would be in ever bigger trouble!

Peter Boyce is a dear friend of mine, and one thing I know for sure. If he is elected he will post a large sign at the entrance to his office which reads: “Is it Constitutional”? As Curtis Caine has said: “All unconstitutional voting is perjury, which is a felony offense, punishable by expulsion from Congress. Let’s “send the felons home”! Make Boyce Your Choice”!

Patriots in the 2nd CD arise. You now have a candidate that will reflect your views, stand by the Constitution and work for limited government. Elect Peter Boyce in November and send a true patriot to Washington.

If there ever was a time for this change it is now.Congress has run a muck, spending like drunken sailors in a bar room full of beauties. What ever happened to just voting no.The constitution is the only real law of our land has been circumvented so often few know the difference of right and wrong now.Mr Boyce knows these rules and will follow them without compromise. He doesn’t seem to shy away from answering any question. This is not your typical politician deviating and not answering the questions. We need a fighter not someone that will go along with the same old political bull! Hopefully new fighters are coming to congress from every part of our great country.

If elected, Ron Paul will have some welcome company standing in opposition to unconstitutional legislation. LoBiondo has had his day and it’s time to go back to the business and feel what it’s like to live with oppressive laws like the rest of us.

I see a lack of interest in the candidates chosen to represent the republicans and democrats this November 2010 in South Jersey. How fortunate for all of us that we do have a choice in the 2nd District, and that is to vote for Peter Boyce, a constitutional candidate.

No one in South Jersey beats Peter Boyce when it comes to knowing the Constitution. And, no one has demonstrated a dedication to its principles like Peter Boyce.
If So. Jersey is serious about wanting a Constitutional, limited, government that supports individual freedoms, you can’t find a better candidate and place to vote in Nov.

Every State and Federal office holder takes an oath to obey the Constitution of these United States. Therefore, every vote, action, utterance that is not in consonance with the Constitution is perjury. Perjury is a felony. A felon is a criminal. A criminal can not hold office.
If the ethics committees that are charged to do so do not expel the criminals, we must.
So, let us voters give them a pink slip in November.
As George Washington said “Put none but Americans on duty”.
    Curtis
