I would think that is now too late for them to get on the ballot since absentee voting has already started in Illinois and ballots have gone out.

I would think that is now too late for them to get on the ballot since absentee voting has already started in Illinois and ballots have gone out.

AND ON THE LEFT COAST Lake’s little cabal have received their ‘sample ballot’ of the November 2010 ‘Gubernatorial Election’ selection!

No replies from gubernatorial candidates. It is only half a dozen votes, but it is better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.

Brown, Whitman, Nightingale [Jim King, Mister Lussenheide, Quirk, Grundmann, Bralesale (sp), Ms Lussenheide] need not apply!

I know so! Debra Bowen’s Secretary of State is probably printing up the November Second ballot as you type. So???????

You, and Gruntman and paulie and Lussenhiede are yelling and screaming about the SOS on one issue and applauding her on another, similar occasion.

Hmmmmmmmm. I see a disconnect, (and am guilty of such on my own) but may be that is not so strange in the anti Establishment Duopoly in 21st Century America.

Any way, just what is the point of the world’s oldest living eleven year old?

You, and Gruntman and paulie and Lussenhiede are yelling and screaming about the SOS on one issue and applauding her on another, similar occasion.

    Huh?

  5. Cody Quirk

No need to take him seriously Paulie; he must have toilet paper stuffed in his ears.

Damning SOS Debra Bowen on California American Independent Party officer’s roster,

and [the same very same person and office] praising her to keep Chelene Ward Nightingale, as a publicly committed agent of the non existent / neophyte California Constitution Party and then allowed to run in November 2010 as a California American Independent Party ‘partisan’.

one or the other or ‘independent’, if not ——- then the SOS is grossly illogical, and possibly illegal!

    Thick is thin

    Tall is short

Oceania has always been at war ……….

Damning SOS Debra Bowen on California American Independent Party officer’s roster,

When did I ever do that? It’s not my state, not my party and not my ideology. Why would I care?

and [the same very same person and office] praising her to keep Chelene Ward Nightingale, as a publicly committed agent of the non existent / neophyte California Constitution Party and then allowed to run in November 2010 as a California American Independent Party ‘partisan’.

I don’t care about that either.

My sole comment on that was to question the possible hypocrisy of others; if they rely on the SoS ruling to claim that they are the legitimate AIP, then how can they dismiss the SoS ruling as illegitimate re: Nightingale? If the SoS is not infallible, their claim to legitimacy becomes questionable.

Don’t mistake that for me having an opinion on whether the SoS ruling about which group should have access to the AIP ballot line is correct – I have no opinion on that. Nor do I support Nightingale over whoever ran against her in the primary or vice versa.

If the SoS is not infallible [INFALLIBLE? this / these is not marginal events, it /they is core ] their claim to legitimacy becomes questionable ………

[Lake: and I am no SOS proponent viz a viz Peace and Freedom Party access (2005?) and Reform / Deform Party slate of officers ……….]

To me, Nightmare Nightingale, whom could have been slated as an independent independent instead [AS A DONALD GRUNDMANN California Constitution Party member, why is she even on the AIP label]?

[a] As far as Nightingale November 2010 is concerned, it is three strikes forSOS for me

[b] Be aware, different folks have ruined, er, run SOS on different years.

[c] Be aware that it [SOS] has been a revolving door and or a career killer

[d] I could have sworn that paulie was a California SOS advocate, when not hurting the thuggie mob of Nightingale, Quirk (whom does not even reside in California and is no longer a California AIP registrant), Lussenheide, Braiseale (constantly criticizing Doctor Dippy Grundmann of late), Nightingale (whom might not even physically be in California at this typing) and Jim King]

[e] He (paulie) is all over SOS as messing with California AIP except when it aggrees with NEVADAN Cody Quirk.

[f] paulie, Trent Hill (A REPUBLICAN!), Cody Quirk, an EXPENSIVE former commentator not even living in California nor a member of AIP, Gary Odom (FORMER lawyer, supposedly former paid National Constitution Party hit man), and Red Phillips are regarded among the official, new wave, certified, verified California American Independent Party as very biased moderators, deffinately ‘unfriendlies’.

    AOK, go fer it paulie:

Lake has pains takingly made his point.

Captain Quirk does one sentence (incorrectly)

Dog Pile on Lake and the California AIP!

AOK class, all to gether now *fair and balanced, fair and balanced* (voice into shirt, via ‘The Middle’)

The Lou Dobbs, Hypocrisy award, earned yearly in Sandy Ego County by Supervisor Bill ‘Do as I say, not as I do’ Horn ………

“Government that is closest to the people governs best. It has everything
to do with accountability and integrity. I truly believe in government ‘of the people, by the people and for the people’ and as such I am honored to serve
as an elected guardian of our County.”

    – BILL HORN, Supervisor – 5th District

“I place economy among the first and most important virtues, and public debt
as the greatest of dangers…. We must make our choice between economy and liberty, or profusion and servitude.”

    – THOMAS JEFFERSON

The Facts: Eighth Century Land Barron, viz a viz Lou Dobbs, damn the regulations, (which I helped to enact!) build it my way, unauthorized, farm construction, illegal immigrant employees, under paid, over worked and living in tents.

Makes me proud! (Just another Puke Cunningham, federal felon, Republican, living SOME HOW, way beyond his means, you know like a Hillcrest street walker!)

It’s illegal to build a room addition without permits. A remodel like Horn’s would likely require building plans, electrical inspections and permitting fees.

It would have height restrictions, limits on square footage, and require fire and school district fees.

“And if nobody paid those fees, we wouldn’t have a fire district and we wouldn’t have a school district because there wouldn’t be any money,” Hofler said.

“My barn is full of antique cars, tools and junk with no bathroom or kitchen facilities. No one can, nor ever has, lived there. My grandchildren play with the train set in the hobby room, so I have made some repairs including replacing an existing carport, caving roof, deteriorating doors and installing windows to save energy using natural light.

I will check with the Building Department to see if any of these repairs require additional permitting and file if necessary.”

Hofler, the planning group member, “You would think the person who plays judge and jury when it comes to other people who do this type of thing, wouldn’t do it himself,” she said.

“It’s kind of like a judge prosecuting someone for taking drugs and then he goes in the back and does a line of cocaine.”

[Lake: proud, proud, so proud, and world class auto mobiles and antique furniture on a County supervisor’s salary ——— just like fraud miester Puke Cunningham ………..]

LOU DOBBS, TOM HORN, NIGHTMARE NIGHTINGALE:

Over the years, Horn has been fortunate in his underfunded foes. This election is no exception.

In 2006, Thompson squandered his shot, failing to spend the money at the end to capitalize on scandals that had Horn on the defensive. For example, his eye-raising Carlsbad home purchase with his female chief of staff?

This time around, Horn’s cast of challengers appear to lack financial and political heft.

It’s a long shot. Horn’s negatives may be sky-high in some quarters, but ………. If he gets his 50 percent plus one, the challengers now nipping at his heels will be dismissed as nobodies.

  14. paulie

I could have sworn that paulie was a California SOS advocate,

Based on what? Not anything that I know of.

when not hurting the thuggie mob of Nightingale, Quirk (whom does not even reside in California and is no longer a California AIP registrant), Lussenheide, Braiseale (constantly criticizing Doctor Dippy Grundmann of late), Nightingale (whom might not even physically be in California at this typing) and Jim King]

As previously mentioned, not my state, not my party, not my ideology…I have no dog in that fight.

He (paulie) is all over SOS as messing with California AIP except when it aggrees with NEVADAN Cody Quirk.

Sorry, still no idea what you are talking about.

    Based on what?

I have no dog in your fight whatsoever.

Trent is as you mentioned a Republican now, although he is ex-CP and still constitutionalist libertarian in outlook, so he probably does have an opinion, but I haven’t seen him push it in articles. Have you? If so, when and where?

Cody no longer writes for IPR.

Gary Odom never wrote for IPR. And “hit man”? He murders people? What?

Red Phillips recently started writing at IPR, and as far as I can tell his articles have not taken any position in the AIP/CP food fight.

And “official, new wave, certified, verified California American Independent Party” is official and certified by the very same SoS you admit is biased, questionable, etc, etc; seems you want it both ways.

If your group thinks I’m a “biased moderator” you should get something for your paranoia.

Once again: no dog in that fight, and the whole thing is quite unpleasant to see from an outside perspective.

  15. paulie

Lake has pains takingly made his point.

I see a lot of verbiage, but no evidence for the allegations you make against me. Care to provide some?

  16. paulie

    As opposed to whom?

    Let’s sum up:

You accuse me of partisanship and hypocrisy.

    I deny it.

You produce no evidence, yet don’t apologize and continue to insinuate.

    You admit your own hypocrisy.

Care to provide reasoning if you disagree with any of that?

  17. Cody Quirk

Paulie, we need to stop listening to him, when he’s not bleating his 51-50 rants, he’s usually whining about bias on IPR, blah, blah blah.

I nominate Don Lake as the WOST AIP member of a state committee (since there are two of them, for now), and poster of IPR.
