I haven’t read the whole article, so perhaps this was addressed: are they looking for all Latinos, regardless of whether they personally speak Spanish or not? All Spanish speakers, regardless of whether they are themselves Latino? Only Spanish speaking Latinos? Or, both all Spanish speakers (even those who are not themselves Latino) as well as all Latinos (even those who don’t speak Spanish themselves)?
