New Martinsville, WV, September 9, 2011 – Raymond V. Davis III is an Independent who is running for the US House of Representatives. His campaign platform is focused on methods to help create jobs in West Virginia. Mr. Davis believes the way to create full employment is to build up existing small businesses and to create a tax exemption for new businesses for the first five years. Mr. Davis also believes that the two party system is not working any longer and our current representatives don’t serve the interest of the people in West Virginia and are too influenced by the lobbyists in DC.
