    Team building is good!

I hope the lesson includes tolerance , respect and appreciation for fellow team members who differ in approach and philosophy .that it dissuades further rifts by realizing homogeny sucks and you cant add by subtraction . that divided we are conquered . THAT LISTENING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN WINNING A ARGUMENT.

LSLA will be conducting workshops at the national conventions I hope, starting with 2012.
Focus on organization and team building.
LNC can’t do it all and it does seem like a good fit. Was discussed at the LSLA conference in Columbus and there was a lot of support for this idea. Reduces travel for state chairs to multiple national events on even years.

Back in ’99-’00 (and several years before that) national had staffers travel to state conventions to provide state parties with this kind of training, and they also had it at national conventions. They had a binder of materials that was promoted in LP News, emails and by snail mail.

If LNC/LPHQ is not going to do that again, LSLA should. It is good that these videos exist, but just putting them up at LP.org and here is not going to get a lot of people to watch them. They have to be promoted more.

    Video’s nicely done. Thank you.

LSLA clearly has a mission. We need to get state-level and local level parties more organized, so they can better support candidates for office.

#1 rule of political (or for that matter non-political) messages boards seems to be “if you don’t have something bad to say you shouldn’t say anything at all”

Interesting videos. Nicely down at grass roots level. Should I assume anything from the lack of posts? All the interest in Oregon or controversy. It looks like some in the LP want a real political party. There might be some hope.
